Was told would receive the prescription the next day. Recieved a shipping notice but they hadn't shipped anything just printed a label. Then didn't give a full refund.
Haley is awesome...she is a great pharmacist...works with you to make sure everything is right...answers all questions and concerns...would highly recommend mint rx to anyone...

They take your money and never send the orders.
I’ve sent in complaints to the BBB as what they’re doing is criminal.
Don’t bother trying to call them, they NEVER answer and the VM is full. Tried to email them several several times but just falls on deaf ears.

These people are absolutely the worst…
These people are absolutely the worst in every category. I had a problem before and was stupid enough to try again. Made an order and paid for it. Got an email that required additional verification (where they send you a code) but it took 20 minutes each time to get the code so the authentication was timed out. Tried 5 times before giving up. Then started reaching out to "Customer Service" and got "voicemail is full" (seriously!!). Sent two emails and got salesforce "we created a ticket" with no follow up ever. Finally canceled the charge. What a clown show. And I needed what I ordered.

No customer service
No customer service! Cant get through on the phone, email or support. I tried for a week to get through when I received an order confirmation going to the wrong address and never received a response. I was charged and my medication went to an incorrect address so i was unable to receive it or get refunded. Would never use them again and DO NOT recommend.

Out of business?
Order was made but never sent. Took several emails and voicemail messages to get a response only after threatening to turn them into State department of Justice. Final response was they had no ETA when they could compound or send my prescription. Even if you call now you'll not get an answer but a recording that says the voicemail box of two individuals is full. I think it used to be legit but has gone out of business and still taking orders.

I can only repeat all the other reviews- have used mint for four years for my prescription- but they’ve left me high and dry- no meds and still billing my card and zero response from company or contact saying they would discontinue service so that I had time to find a new source for my meds

I have used MintRX for approximately 5 years. They were always reliable. I recently had a problem with an order, I had 2 reps trying to contact me and Katie called me and resolved it with one call.

This Group is NOT Legit
Seems I too have a become a victim of the fraudulent practices of this group. Paid for a prescription and they have taken my money and provided nothing. I do not think they exist to fill prescriptions anymore, have likely gone out of business, and simply are taking money. Have tried to contact them multiple ways, multiple times and have gotten nowhere. Somehow this group needs to be reported and I am filing against my payment with my credit card group. Stay away!!!

MintRX left me without medication
I’m on a rolling refill and MintRX failed to deliver my HRT medication on time. Despite my multiple calls and messages no one reached out back to me to solve the problems Now I’m out off my HRT medication, with serious consequences for stopping medication. I’m appalled with the service and lack of response. Avoid like the plague!!!!

NO Reply and NO product but still billing me
I have been using this company for about 1 1/2 years. They bill monthly and send product monthly. I was billed this month but no product received. I have called, emailed, texted, left message after message for over a week now and NO reply.

Hi Lynn, we are also saddened to see that program discontinued, but please remember due to your length in the program you were shipped several months of product at a time but we always and only billed you monthly keeping the program affordable for you. The program you are referring to was discontinued and all patients were informed over several months prior to the program ending. Any billing that might have occurred was for medication/treatment that you had already received. I hope this answers your question and I do apologize for the lack of response. We typically respond to all messages within a 24 hour period. I believe you may have been trying to reach us during a system upgrade that we had. It unfortunately did not go as well as planned and our systems were down for a few days. I am happy to report that the system upgrade issues are now all resolved and we are now back to quickly responding to our valued clients!

Every negative review is accurate. They took my order but the product never arrived. No customer support, phone contact is avoided & now my emails to the company get bounced back. Use another pharmacy

Like everyone else said. They take your money, do not respond to hone calls or email. If this happened to you, please report to BBB and dispute with credit card companies, who will eventually drop them. I ordered 2 years ago, so did not even think to look up reviews this time.
