MintRx Pharmacy Avis 

I never received order. Credit card has been charged and unable to reach company by phone or email. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I placed an order two months ago for Cialis and was approved. As of today, May 20 2023 no product has been shipped. Every time I call Mint Rx I am told the product is on it's way. Then, they tell me they are having to renew their license in Alabama. They took my money and I got nothing!

I placed an order in April and got the run around for a shipping date. A package came today with the wrong item. I ordered Obagi clear. I received Hydroquione. Which I don’t want. I have been calling them for the past month, and emailing with no results I want to hear. Email saying phone lines are down. And why did my order come from another pharmacy and not MintRX. I am so disappointed. I hope I’m able to return this to 1st Choice Compounding with no problems. Will be calling on Monday.

What went wrong? Everything has gone wrong. Used to get good service and have been doing business with them for the last two years. But I ordered product from them over two weeks ago and have not received anything. If you call customer care it goes to after hours queue and nobody reaches out if you leave a message. Just refund me and I will go to another provider.

Took my 60$ as they do every month, but this time I have not received my product. Can't reach them during business hours as it tells me I'm calling after business hours even though I'm calling between 830am and 5pm EST. Already wrote to BBB, can't take peoples money and leave them in the dark. I want my money or my product. I find it pretty insulting that they can't answer the phone or respond to an email but they can send me promotional Memorial Day discounts to me via email when they havent even shipped me my product that I already paid for.

I have ordered with MintRX for several years without any issues; however, recently all that has changed. My HRT did not ship when it was supposed to and now I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Are they even in business?

I put an order in for tretinoin and it’s been 18 days and I have not heard from them whatsoever. I already called customer service twice no help told them to cancel order, and refund me and still no refund. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ordered from Mint several times before without issue - always got my RX within 3 days. This time it's been half a month and can't even get in touch with them by phone during office hours. Now see a news article that they aren't allowed to sent RX to patients in Iowa, where I am located - but they took my order and charged my credit card regardless. Done with Mint RX!

So far my experience with this company has been terrible. I placed the original order, and had doctor approval fairly quickly. The dashboard for my account showed that there were two orders, one has been canceled, and one has been shipped. I’ve emailed and texted NUMEROUS times with zero reply. I have no idea the status of my order. I filed a claim with my credit card company in hopes that I either get my product or $300 back.

I never received my order after inquiring several times. I kept getting the run around about their system being down and that my order would be coming. Today I received an email that my order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. There was no explanation given! The company has very slow and poor processing. After all the waiting and trouble caused me they still didn’t deliver my products. Do not order from this company or you will be disappointed!!!

This is the second time my order has been delayed. They said it will now ship in a week. If it doesn't I will be cancelling order and request a refund. Original Dr telehealth was quick to approve. Now dissatisfied with order processing.wouldnt recommend at this point.

Terrible customer service. Today was the last straw. Once again, I put in a “case“ for customer service, and they never got back to me so I had to call . I have been ordering from them for a couple years monthly. Customer service has gone completely downhill. They have no problem taking your money but don’t let you know that your product is not going to get shipped because they have to re-license with the state, or some other vague excuse. I actually gave them three chances and it never got better. There are so many other sources on the Internet for this type of service and products, I recommend seeking others out.

I’ve ordered serval times from MintRx and had no problems. Not this time… it’s been over a week and I can’t get a clear answer on why they haven’t shipped my products!!! This is ridiculous. At this point I want a full refund and I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!

I have ordered from MintRX three times now and the very last batch they sent me was not only different from their previous two shipment but noticeably different in portion amount. Clearly they have changed their compounding pharmacy and due to it, I am not at a loss of $130 bucks. Do not purchase from this company!

It started out.... inconsistent but they fixed everything within 24 hours. Overall a good experience though.

I just ordered Tretinoin cream from them. Thy are amazing. This is the first time I used them and I emailed them with some questions about how it works and they emailed me back, right away and took the time to explain the process to me. That meant a lot to me. My prescription came fast! When I say fast, I mean fast! This was so convenient for me! Amazing company/pharmacy!

Great service, easy process and quick shipping and the generic I got works just as good as the name brand, I'm a very happy customer.

I ordered a product from them and decided to cancel my order. I contacted customer service about cancelling my order and they have just been ignoring me this whole time. In my first email to them I asked if there were any ways that they could show me they were a reputable, legit pharmacy because the links on their website were incorrect and led you to another website. They have since stopped responding and are completely ignoring me. I would definitely not buy from this website again as the customer service is horrible and I’m not even sure it is a real pharmacy. I am still expecting a full refund and I am writing this review as it seems this is the ONLY way to get them to contact you. Thoroughly disappointed.

Avoid Mint Rx. Although there are a lot of bad reviews, I decided to try Mint Rx to get a prescription filled. That part was easy, a doctor called me and then prescribed the medication.

Getting the medication is an entirely different story. Instead of having their doctors send the prescription to your pharmacy of choice. YOU have to call your pharmacy and get them to transfer the prescription over from wherever MintRX had chosen. This became a nightmare.

I called my local CVS and gave them the Mint Rx pharmacy number to do the switch. After a couple hours the pharmacy called me to say Mint Rx had no record of my prescription. I had to call up Mint Rx again. The operator told me everything was ready, the prescription was ready to go. I call CVS, update them, and the next day they call me to say the same thing. They called Mint Rx and they have no record of my prescription.

This happened for a couple days, until my pharmacy told me they were done calling MintRx and would not try anymore. I called MintRx frustrated at how such a simple task has become tiresome. The operator assured me she would call the pharmacy herself and correct everything. Relieved, I wait to get the text from the pharmacy that my prescription is ready.

The next day there was no text, so I call MintRx, I recount the entire saga since they KEEP NO RECORDS and the operator tells me CVS has to call them, the prescription is ready. I was DONE. I asked for a refund which they did quickly, but AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are a mess and not worth the time.
