I’ve been getting my bioidentical hormones for hormones replacement therapy from MintRx for awhile now and they have always gone above and beyond. Im also grateful for their affordable pricing. It’s so difficult to find prescription custom hormone replacement products that you can feel safe using and are affordable . Do not underestimate this! I also buy my Obagi prescription skincare from them. Great prices and fast shipping.

!!Beware of this online ghost pharmacy!! I have been calling thier customer service. The system.puts me on hold.At d end of the long wait of about 45 mins. It says leave a message. And then says, Sorry but the user's mail box can't accept more messages.
It doesn't even have anyone to talk to at thier customer service. I was trying to purchase a drug that the transaction dnt go through.And they decided to charge my card for what I did not buy?
I will take ur name to the dirt. And u will loose more money that u embezzled from me.
And then.u sent me receipt of an invoice like I bought something form u.

I've used them for 2 tests. However, on the 2nd test they set me an appointment that they never showed up to and when I called to complain Katie O'Brien will yell at your, tell you that you are lying and then calls the person who I was scheduled with to double check what I told her. When she found out I was telling the truth she yelled more, talked over me and hung up on me. I tried to call her for her bosses info but she wouldn't pick up. I had to call the main office to find him. She is making sure no one helps me now. She's one of those people who are more concerned about being "right" than helping a customer. She was "wrong" this time. Shame on her.

I’ve used Mint rx many times over the years. Mostly for my Obagi rx skincare. I use retin a and the obagi c with Hydroquinone. They always have some type of coupon code I can add so that helps the steep price on Obagi products. Obtaining a prescription is super easy, just answering questions and a fee. I’ve never had an issues contacting customer service. Always prompt, helpful replies. Genuine products. All around good-great experiences.

Told me they cancelled my transaction without letting me know. Never received anything in terms of product or services or correspondence. Still charged my card and did not issue refund.

Update to the previous review. Ray from Mintrx reached out to me, and my order was shipped the next day. I have received it, and I will see how effective it is. I am now happy they resolved their manufacturing and shipping issues.

Brilliant and helpful online pharmacy. Ordered medicines and received within half an hour. Such a quick service to have medicines on time.. Caring customer service indeed.

This is my first online review. I felt the need to submit a review after purchasing from this company for the first time. In search of prescription skin care I came across this company online and was absolutely blown away at how quickly they processed my ordered. I submitted my ordered on a Friday night and they had the entire order processed and delivered to my door 5 days later! Super impressed with the service and quality of products purchased. They have my business!

OK Mint Pharmacy is doing a valuable for men. They were the first to offer an alternative to the heavily priced men's medication that is charged by CVS or Walgreens. They give a good price on Groupon and they are not the big box retail companies that back Pill Pack.

However they do have room for improvement. The professionals running this business are trying to get this company off the ground and therefore care for their customers. The only complaint I do have in the process for reorder with a prescription is lacking and needs improvement and the customer service need to have more ownership of the people they help.

One thing I have to give the 5-stars for is Ray has really helped me out in the process. And is trying to bring the price as close as they can to Pill Pack. Since Pill Pack is backed by Amazon, I am sure this is hard to compete with so I am comfortable paying a bit more if it means that Amazon is getting a little less of my pocket change.

Response was slow at first but after one call the problem was taken care of. I have been nothing but pleased with the attention I have been given ever since. The staff responds quickly and explains things until you understand the protocol. Yes, I definitely will be a returning customer.

Very poor service in responding to my numerous emails regarding fulfilling an approved RX.

Mint Rx is awesome. Their prices are great, and they filled my prescription quickly. Their customer service department responded in a timely manner and kept me informed during the entire process. My meds arrived 2 days later to the house. Will be using them again in the future. Thanks again!!

First of all it took way to long to ship but that was not the biggest problem. I have ordered Scream Cream in the past for my wife from another pharmacy in the past and the stuff worked extremely well. The Mintrx scream cream is almost like they forgot to put any medication in the base. I mean literally zero affect! We have tried it 4 times and literally got no benefit! Oh well. Back to the other pharmacy!

Products are good but 2 separate orders were both placed and had no action taken on them for 4 and 5 days. No reply, no confirmation. I have to recontact them each time and question where the order is. Eventually they got to the first one. I'm still waiting to hear back on the new order. Seems like they aren't in any rush to get things out. Maybe it's the virus. But they do advertise rapid processing and shipment. This is hardly the case.

I'm not sure where any poor reviews are coming from. My experience from the beginning was excellent. They responded immediately and graciously to my questions, they conduct their necessary due diligence to ensure you are who you're claiming you are, and they send the product immediately. Perfection!

*edit: so the package came yesterday. Seems like it was a Fed Ex issue/mix up and not Mintrx at all. YAY!

Well everything was going well until I just never got my order. haaaaaa. It sucks because that wasn't cheap and I can't afford to replace it. I'm really bummed.

I will update when I receive the rx. I chose flat rate shipping but no time frame was provided. I tried to call on a Saturday. Website says they’re open on Saturday. Message recording when I called said they were closed and only shared M-F hours. I am wondering if the hours are just wrong? When should I expect my RX?

We had a miscommunication but they took care of my problem.
