Was told would receive the prescription the next day. Recieved a shipping notice but they hadn't shipped anything just printed a label. Then didn't give a full refund.

What happened Mint??
After getting multiple orders on time and correct..I haven't received my last order and its been months..I did talk to somebody at Mint and they said that they were going to re-ship it again...but nothing!!

Not too impressed
Incorrectly sent product I did not buy and charged my credit card. Product shipped was not even the item shown on the invoice. Took time off work and extra expense to ship back. I'm sure I'll get the cost back, but pretty frustrating with emails, calls and time.

After extensive research, we have learned that the errors began with a new Client Care Team Member misunderstanding what it was that you were wanting to order. We greatly apologize for this miscommunication and error on our Client Care Team Member's part. Your poor experience is important enough to us that our Client Care Manager personally called you and even provided you his cell phone number. He refunded your money for the initial order, he refunded the shipping cost that you incurred, and he even offered to send you the correct product at no charge. When we make mistakes, we can't go back. What we can do is learn from our mistakes, make it right, and move forward with increasingly improved customer service. Bad place for Canadians to buy anything, they don't deliver across the border, too far I guess. Prices are good but I can't say the products are because I didn't get to try them.

I got my order very quickly
I got my order very quickly. I live in California btw. I’m 27 and wanted to start tretinoin as a part of my anti aging routine. I ordered the 0.05 strength and followed the directions. The first week I had mild peeling and by week two my skin was smoother and even. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend this company!

Excellent service and product, everything went as advertised. The product doesn't work very well but I've only used one pill and will try two next time as recommended on the bottle (one to 2 pills.).

Good service/Bad prices
I'm totally happy with the service Mint Rx provides. I'm so pleased could get the Obaji Trentinoin without any hassle (which is how it should be). They shipped it almost immediately and it arrived a few days later.
The thing is, it's way too expensive. I know my review will make no difference, however, it feels important to at least say something. $70 for .7 ounces of cream is such a crazy price. It's really unfortunate that in order to get the benefits from Trentinoin, one has to be relatively affluent, or perhaps postpone paying the electric bill. Trentinoin works wonders and should be accessible to everyone at an affordable price.
Companies are able to charge these prices because the demand is so high and/or insurance companies don't want to pay for it, or perhaps because folks either don't want to go to the doctor to get a referral to see a dermatologist. Too many steps, giant pain in the bootie... So one throws their hands up at pays the $70.
Who knows, maybe MintRx will be the one company who steps up and sells affordable Trentinoin. Wouldn't that be cool?
**Funny thing, after writing this I received an email reply, in that reply the person said that if I joined the email mailing list I may receive whatever coupons or discounts they offer. I guess maybe somehow, when they emailed me their reply, (because I already put my name on their mailing list.....as well as in my account....as well as on the form which requires it to send a review in the first place...) they didn't notice they had it in three places already?

I could have given this a 5 star but I encountered some issues with the instructions which some of them a bit confusing, but when I called the customer service they were able to clarify and rectify all my concerns. Read and follow all the instructions carefully and will not have a problem ordering. And if you get an unwelcome and unexpected issue call their customer service, they are prompt, courteous helpful, and will work with you. I am enjoying the benefits of the medicine right now. A very satisfied and happy customer!

I'm writing this review based on my experience in ordering, shipping, and customer service. The medication I ordered was for my wife and she wasn't comfortable with the process. Your rep asked to speak to her and get authorization to deal with me, after proving who she was and her ok it went very smoothly. Your emails on the process were great and the shipping was rapid (and well packed in plenty of bubble wrap).

Horrible client services and unethical
Horrible client services, they promise COVID tests for free on-site and then charge $50 without notice. Katie, always punctual, never addresses your concerns..instead she differs the question with complete different topic altogether. Not trustworthy and the BHRT program is rubbish! DHEA can be bought anywhere and is only a precursor to hormones. Don't waste your time or money here. You will have more issues than just your hormones to deal with.
Update: there was never any confusion on my side, but I have endless email and text message threads proving that even the most uncomplicated questions could not be answered. I also have screenshots from my orders that holds COVID test marked FREE...🤔😳 Whom ever you are, it is easy to profess anything as you have done here, but quite a different story to fulfill it. Looking at countless reviews you have more unhappy clients beating down your door then happy ones. 🙄

Our company offered patients the opportunity to pre-order at-home COVID tests on our website. They were not offered for free. You were never charged $50. I confirmed this with our accounting department. Katie has had multiple positive comments about her quality of customer service. I was surprised to learn that you had a negative experience with her. I'm not quite certain what your comment meant as Katie is quite knowledgable with our products and our services. The BHRT program was designed in partnership with Dr Katie Discepola, an expert in the field of women's hormones for the past 30 years. This program provides women the opportunity to balance their hormones through continual lab testing, physician consultations and medication. It is a convenient, affordable, and life-changing service as commented by our many happy clients. DHEA is a supplement that may be included in a patient's BHRT program depending on their hormone levels. Studies have shown that DHEA increases testosterone in women. While it is readily available as a supplement, self-medicating by guessing what strength you need is not recommended. This is why we continuously test our client's hormones, provide them a combination of prescription medication and supplements, then re-test them again to determine how their hormone levels have progressed. We have incorporated DHEA into our program as an initial treatment for increasing testosterone levels in women as it has fewer side effects than testosterone. We hope this additional information has helped to clear up some of the confusion that you experienced and we appreciate your taking the time to share your concerns with us.

I was a little worried reading some of these reviews. I had placed an order and then saw the bad reviews after I placed an order and I was thinking “ oh great” BUT I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t experience anything negative! It was actually a pretty good experience.
I did their online prescription service for tretinoin cream. I’ve never done an online prescription so I had no idea what to expect and was actually a little apprehensive but I really wanted to try tret without having to go into an actual derms office. I filled out the questionnaire and sent photos. I was approved the next day and they shipped my prescription the same day I was approved. I don’t have anything negative to say. They answered all my questions as well!
Very happy with my decision and I’ll be ordering more in the future!
