Didn't know I had to have a prescription until after I paid and I couldn't get a refund smfh

Absolutely thrilled with finding a legitimate online pharmacy! With so many ripoff China online pharmacies i feel very lucky to find this REAL company!

I ordered products weeks ago and still have not received anything. You charged my credit card and I don't have anything. You people are thieves and I will be posting on Facebook to stay away from your website and NEVER order anything from you. I know my review will never be seen but I will never forget how you stole from me and will let everyone know this.

This is a scam, I never got an email confirmation or received my product... lost $20 smh. Don’t waste your time purchasing from this site

I wasn't given the 10% discount I was told I'd get AFTER I made my $387 purchase.

I received my order in 1 or 2 days. The prices was easy enough but since I was doing a price comparison the 10% made a difference. Anyway the service was not at all what I was told and that's the ONLY bad taste.

Other then that, I am grateful that they had what I needed they're just very pricey.

When I first reviewed Mint I was very unhappy about the service I received. I have to add here that when I got in touch with Katie in Customer Service, she has gone above and beyond to make things right. Before you decide all of the recent bad reviews are the end of the story, notice they are all recent and all say the same thing. I learned that the laws for dispensing their medications had changed and they had some problems getting product due to the transition, but the problem has been solved. Now I understand why they have a great average, but the reviews at the top are terrible.
It took me a little bit to straighten out my trouble with the packaging. It didn't work with the applicator I received. There was one guy who helped me on the phone who did not do anything he told me he would, but I did get through in touch with much more helpful employees, but I have to mention Katie by name because she is the only reason I didn't give up and go elsewhere.
I finally received my order, after waiting weeks, and being lied to that they were already shipped. Then I get a box with a blood test kit an envelope and two stickers with no return mail instructions at all.
To make matters even worse the one product came without an applicator or way to get the cream out of the packaging, so it is practically useless to me.
Even more to be displeased about. I was promised an applicator a week ago. I am sure I will be waiting for a few more weeks for that.
I paid over $150 for nothing so far. I was told I would receive tracking information when it is available, so they have not even printed a label yet apparently.
I definitely will be shopping for another pharmacy and paying twice for some much-needed health care.

Great service, easy process and quick shipping and the generic I got works just as good as the name brand, I'm a very happy customer.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have been on hormonal therapy for 10 years and never dealt with such incompetence. If you have POF or a more complicated hormonal issue I do NOT recommend this company. If you decide to use them ask for their credentials. They claim to have doctors, but don't seem to know what they are doing. When I decided to cancel the program, Katie was rude, uncaring, and very unprofessional, she couldn't return my phone calls after I asked multiple times for a copy of my test results and my month wasn't over yet, but she decided not to take my calls anymore. I was bleeding for 2 months non-stop and they acted like it was nothing and it's normal. Again, I have been on hormonal therapy with real doctors and that was never the case. I am extremely disappointed in this company, and I didn't appreciate their carelessness. Btw, I was never referred to go to my doctor, pre existing condition...hormonal imbalance. If you can't provide proper service, why even offer it? Additionally, I canceled the program they didn't, as a matter of fact they got angry and dismissive when I did. Your response is dishonest, and just added to my disappointment and trust worthiness of this company. Don't offer a service you guys aren't qualified to handle. They are liars. I was never disqualified, I don't even know what they are talking about. Making up lies as they go.

I cannot visit my cosmetic skin care doctor because of this pandemic. She would not give me a prescription for Retin-A without seeing me, so I was very excited to be referred to Mint Rx. The process went very smoothly with my prescription, and the product works great. It took a while to get here, but then again the whole world has shut down with this pandemic.

I ordered and paid for a prescription.....I was given a tracking number and on the day it was supposed to deliver I noticed it had never left the pharmacy....I called and was told it was shipping out that day. 4 days later it still has never shipped...I called again and told it would ship today. Now I have no tracking number but they have taken money....scam

I was able to get back on tretinoin cream conveniently because of MintRx. I had used it for several years, gotten off of it as I moved and it was inconvenient to get. MintRx made it super easy and I’m loving my results. I forgot how much of a difference tretinoin makes in my anti-aging regime. LOVE and highly recommended MintRx

I had a good experience with MintRx. I'm not fond of their choice of shipper, FedEx, however. Because of FedEx, it took two attempts for delivery.

Thank you for responding back to me. I've had issues with FedEx in my area before ordering with your company and before the pandemic. It's certainly not your fault. MintRx has been nothing but accomodating. I really appreciate that! Thanks again.

I am a repeat customer. Used their RX three times now without a hitch. Will definitely continue to use MintRx

Went back and fourth with customer service over three month period to have an order fulfilled, weeks between communications. Order info seemed lost after a website update. Wrote an angry email about my dissatisfaction with the lack of updates or service.

Revised review:
Katie at MintRx reached out to me after seeing my complaint. She empathized with my bad experience and went above and beyond to get my order (along with previous missed months of the prescription) finally shipped to me with complimentary express postage. Thank you for helping send my treatment to me, it's helping already!

I am incredibly happy with Katie's customer service, you were very pleasant speaking to; the 5 stars are for you specifically.

Do not buy from this company. They told me my card was declined and it was charged 4 times. I tried to contact them , no response. I called the number they had listed and I also messaged them.
