Miraculous meals bent over backwards to…
Miraculous meals bent over backwards to answer my questions fully and make sure my delivery arrived when I needed it to be delivered.
My very fussy little eater loved her breakfast this morning - amazed as she usually leaves at least half but she licked the plate around the floor.
The team at Miraculous meals answered 3 emails I sent immediately - very impressed with their customer service and answered fully and honestly without "fobbing" me off, again, thank you to the team at Miraculous Meals for your care.
I'd recommend this company. Easy to use website and gives you the freedom to change amount and delivery dates. Easy to store - no cluttering up the freezer and having to defrost.
Have tried other brands but I'll be sticking with this one.

i have had several deliveries from…
i have had several deliveries from miraculous meals with no problems at all but this week my expected delivery was delivered else where by DPD I phoned DPD but they could not tell me the postcode were the delivery had been left which was understandable ,Unfortunately there is no contact number to phone Miraculous Meals which would be so much easier and quicker to get the problem resolved,anyway another email from Yvonne today to tell me the delivery would be delivered again today ,but no again it’s gone wrong again no delivery for some u known reason my billing address and delivery address are different so hence no delivery again ,i give up subscription cancelled here with now just have to wait for refund fingers crossed that’s right ,not impressed surely the two addresses should have been checked before trying to deliver er the second time

Brilliant product and love the company ethos
Firstly, the most important bit. I have two Kerry Blue Terriers ages five and two. Five year old Ragnar is very fussy!! Both he and Freja absolutely love the Miraculous Meals wet food, running (and in Freja’s case skipping) to their bowls. Whilst neither are particularly big fans of dry food, but they eat MM dry which is a big win.
As to customer experience, website is easy to navigate, and options clear. Emails and info on order and delivery spot on. Haven’t had need to contact MM to complain about anything but if I did I would be confident that issue would be taken seriously.
Only possible negative is that MM is a bit pricey, though comparable with similar premium brands. Ido feel though that I am getting what I pay for as the old saying goes, my two definitely love it and the contribution of profits to rescue centres is for me a real game changer.
Overall 5 ⭐️

Written review on their wet food but now having had positive reactions by my exceedingly fussy Cavapoo I gingerly put out onto a bowl the dry New Chicken biscuits....I looked away as couldn't abide my dogs rejection............but low & behold she woofed'em down. So that's 2 reliable sources no quibble....yes yes I know there are upteem varieties out there as dog population has multiplied considerably,so consider myself lucky on choice and Molly agrees too

I first bought a variety pack following the advertisement on the internet and their promises to donate a % of profits to dog welfare. It was a good decision. My two black labradors, Finn & Paddy love the food and no particular variety. I sometimes add a little warm water to make a gravey. Not that ive tried it, but it smells good enough to eat.

Thank you for caring more than just the bottom line
Started feeding this to my Border Collie who has a very tricky tummy and my Cockapoo who is a fussy eater with bad breath! Within 2 months both dogs are doing great. I first noticed my Cockapoo's breath smelling "normal" as opposed to rank and my Border Collie is back to having a "healthy constitution" which has not always been the case shall we say. Delivery is fantastically quick i.e. next day from placing an online order and I like that the food contains exactly what they said - you can see the vegetables and it smells pleasant too. Of course the huge plus point is that with every order they donate 50% to an animal charity. Well done Will and team!

Dog likes it but eats anything as it’s mixed with his old do disguised it stinks and covered in jelly , my dog has never had tinned rubbish I give my natural treats this not natural at all it’s meant to be steamed ? Cooking a high temperatures causes jelly . Got sucked in with 36 tins , more expensive than others , I wanted more freezer space . He hates beef and lamb and hates chicken ,I am doing this over two weeks but even one spoonful gives him mental diarrhoea. Stuck with 2 boxes of full tins

Although your order wasn't purchased under our Taste Test Guarantee, we could see you'd given Miraculous Meals every chance, so as a gesture of goodwill we offered a refund for an introductory box once the remaining unopened tins have been donated to a rescue, ensuring the food can still go to dogs in need. 🐾
Regarding the jelly in the tins, I'd just like to reassure that this is completely normal. The natural juices released during our gentle steaming process can set slightly as the food cools, creating a little jelly in the tin. We don't add any artificial gelling agents, and it's simply a natural result of the cooking process.

Brilliant
Teddy our Turkish Kangol is really fussy,,for saying he is a street dog. Maybe we’ve spoilt him, ah ah.
We have tried everything from raw, to the most expensive, and wow, we found miraculous meals. Teddy absolutely loves this food. There is never anything left in his bowl, he’s not keen on the chicken one, but loves the lamb and also the salmon ones. The food itself in the tin looks good. It’s not sloppy or like pate, you can tell it’s good meat. Delivery is brilliant, Good contacts with the staff if you need to ask anything. And they keep in touch with you. It’s brilliant thank you.

Miraculous Meals
We have a very fussy Hungarian Vizsla, we have tried all sorts of food. She loves our roast dinners, so I have been doing a mixture of meat veg and fruits with suppliments. We are very pleased with Miraculous Meals and their prompt Delivery and also, helping Dog Charities. I have been including Miraculous Wet with a little kibble, with what I do and she seems to scoff the whole lot up! That's a big POSITIVE for us 👌🤞😍 Good Quality Good 👍

Miraculous meals have made an enormous difference to our two dogs. After years of struggling to get them to eat consistently, we tried fresh, dry, freeze dried, frozen all to no avail and wasted a ton of money along the way. Very happy neighbours who received all the unused food! Then we tried Miraculous Meals and the food looks and smells amazing, the dogs cleared their bowls from day 1 and we haven't looked back. We now have two healthy, happy dogs who ask for their food and reliably clear their bowls. Recently Miraculous Meals have added dry food to their offering and again the dogs loved it straight away. When you add the great customer service, swift delivery and the fact that half of all profits go to rescues it's unbeatable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I often note how pungent and unpleasant…
I often note how pungent and unpleasant the smell is when I open a pouch of pedigree or tray of Butchers. So it was curious opening miraculous meals. No awful odour. So I had a forkful - don’t judge. It was alright you know. Quite edible. I could pick out the flavours - honestly. Now the guys at miraculous meals might be going nooooo- it’s not for humans. But I thought it was good. The other thing is although it’s almost £3 a tin, there is a lot of food in that tin. Far more that other brands. I noted the lid was a little ever so slightly bevelled and that’s because the food in literally packed in there so when you fork it out, fills my pug’s bowl with 2/3 still in tin.
So that’s two great things. I put on Facebook that I was switching to MM because I had an itchy pug - no pun intended. My pug is very very itchy. Now it’s early days, and I haven’t stopped her pills totally but……. I do see a bit less itchiness. Of course if it comes to pass she is sensitive to chicken or turkey protein then I will have to stick to the other flavour but I would do that if these meals help her. Perhaps MM could consider white fish and pakchoi. Or maybe tuna and Mediterranean veg?
Any way I said I would do an honest review. I have also just bought another months supply 🙂

Probably never going to change
We adopted a dog recently from Hope Rescue and they are provided food by Miraculous Meals.
I initially thought we might move him to food that we could het locally but after seeing how much he likes the biscuits, i think we might stay.
In addition to the pooch liking the food, i think the fact that MM donate so much food to dog adoption centres is just amazing. I love the size of the kibble, perfect for our little friend.

Miraculous Mears Having a fussy 11 year old French bulldog with sadly digestive problem. So I was a little sceptical about another new brand, but he absolutely loves it. It’s not mushy quite solid , he even told his 3 girlfriends about it and quess what all of them like it so another customer for Miraculous Meats, well one to the team you have working there.
