Poor customer communication
I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication

Item was defective and made very poorly. I ordered a bunch and there's no quality control. Customer service was worse. Still no refund after returning. Their reply below says it all. I will never buy from again. No indication of any "final sale" at the time of purchase and item is defective. Dishonest company. Don't do business with them!

Ordered over a month ago and still hasn't shipped
I ordered a lamp back in November and it still hasn't shipped yet. No word from Mitzi on why it's taking so long. I don't mind waiting as I love the design but some acknowledgment that it's taking a very long time to deliver my order would be nice.

Love the light fixtures but shipping out my order took soooo long. I needed to contact to find out where my light fixtures were! My order was supposed to have shipped out but no tracking info for about a week and half. Only after I contacted they shipped it out!
