LaDonna was wonderful

LaDonna was wonderful! I already had some ideas of my own and she helped me hone in on what lights would work best together and fit the look I was going for. Also, she told me when something wouldn’t work size wise. I had another question after our consultation and emailed her. She responded quickly with a helpful response.

Fixture had a broken bulb then they no longer sell the bulb that they were making me buy then sent me a link to bulbs.com to buy replacement bulbs. Fixtures had damage and they wouldn’t replace even though cheap gold finish was rubbing off. I’d stay clear of this company. Way better lights out there.

If you purchased your fixture from our website and your fixture arrived damaged, we would be more than happy to replace your fixture under warranty. Mitzi has made the below updates to comply with the recent announcement by the Department of Energy banning the sale of incandescent screw base light bulbs as of July 31, 2023.
• To comply with DOE federal regulations, we have redesigned and are currently testing our extended LED bulb assortment.
• All bulbs sold by Mitzi on or after August 1, 2023, will be ENERGY STAR and Title 20 and 24 compliant.
• Also, starting on August 1, bulbs will no longer be included with Mitzi fixtures.

Lighting is so important in an interior, but good design can be so expensive. The bedside lamps I bought from Mitzi are more interesting, unique, and attractive than choices in other brands that cost a lot more.

Not worth the hassle

No shipping confirmation, website account doesn’t have correct information, no one responds to customer service emails, charged twice for lights which shipped twice. Refused to refund money when lights returned. Worst customer service ever. Lights are nice but not worth the hassle and expense.

Great customer service!

Mitzi has gorgeous lights and great customer service. I didn't like the way one of the sets looked when I saw it in person but they took it back no questions asked

Description didn’t make clearmor…

Description didn’t make clearmor obvious the wall sconce had no switch. Had to spend extra $ for my electrician to convert a switch.

I was sent a 20% for my next purchase but it expired a couple of days before I went to use it.

Customer service was unable to give me a new code :(

I see the light shining bright!

Best god damn light of my life!!! You light my fire only with Mitzi!!!! My neighbour loved the new Bailey Chandelier so much they almost saw the light at the end of the tunnel ha-ha!

new light bulbs detract from fixtures.

We have several Mitzi light fixtures at our house. The design of our fixtures highlights the bulbs. The new LED bulbs are not attractive and because the bulbs are so prominent, our fixtures are less appealing.

Mitzi has made the below updates to comply with the recent announcement by the Department of Energy banning the sale of incandescent screw base light bulbs as of July 31, 2023.
• To comply with DOE federal regulations, we have redesigned and are currently testing our extended LED bulb assortment.
• All bulbs sold by Mitzi on or after August 1, 2023, will be ENERGY STAR and Title 20 and 24 compliant.
• Also, starting on August 1, bulbs will no longer be included with Mitzi fixtures.
• Mitzi will sell our current inventory of bulbs through July 31, 2023. However, once the banned bulbs are depleted, they will no longer be available for sale.
