Well-designed, well-made, well-priced lighting has been, well, non-existent … Until now! We believe lighting should be beautiful and made from premium materials, but who says that has to cost you a fortune? Mitzi was founded in New York’s Hudson Valley with a goal to thoughtfully craft high-design lighting and make it highly attainable.

Horrible experience

Horrible website - I tried at least twenty times to place an order and finally it went through. Although it actually went through twice but I only received one order confirmation. I’ve reached out to support to return extra items and have not heard back. Please get back to me.

Shipping and customer service poor

Shipping and customer service were poor, had to reach out through social media to get any attention (delayed by a lot of weeks) - would have been great to be able to talk to an actual person. Lighting is nice though.

Not a great experience!

Their shipping system said they'd ship at a certain date. I reached out when the product hadn't shown up nor changed to "shipped" almost two weeks later. Eventually they sent a brief email that said "Your product is shipped with FedEx tracking ######." When I went and looked, they had created the shipping label AFTER I reached out to them, so I guess they were just waiting for me to complain before shipping? Seems inefficient.

The only reason I am not giving one start is because the light bulbs did show up in the end, it was just two weeks after I needed them and I had to be the one to initiate shipping the product I paid for.

customer service fail

I love your product BUT not being able to call or message you with questions as I was able to before has stopped me buying anything else.
Extremely frustrating to only be able to leave an email, which by the way was NEVER RESPONDED TO

Horrible experience with a light…

Horrible experience with a light fixture from this company. Paid $400+ for this fixture and 3 years later it has tarnished beyond recognition in my bedroom. Mind you, I live in NYC far away from any bodies of water or anything else that could cause this.
I would never buy from them again. They also offered me no solution to the issue after I reached out via email 4 times in an effort to get help! Horrible customer care, Horrible product. And the site I got the item from wont do anything about it since its been 3 years of ownership. But most importantly the company itself wont do anything about it.

If your not going to offer a replacement, at the very least or a coupon so I could get a replacement if I choose to on my own, don't suggest that I buy a metal cleaner and call it a day! Very unprofessional.
