It's been over a month and my order still hasn't shipped nor have I received any updates on the order.

Mitzi has made the below updates to comply with the recent announcement by the Department of Energy banning the sale of incandescent screw base light bulbs as of July 31, 2023. These updates impact your recent order. Unfortunately, these regulations are out of our control, but we do apologize for any inconvenience as we always strive to keep our customers happy and informed!

• To comply with DOE federal regulations, we have redesigned and are currently testing our extended LED bulb assortment.
• All bulbs sold by Mitzi on or after August 1, 2023, will be ENERGY STAR and Title 20 and 24 compliant.
• Also, starting on August 1, bulbs will no longer be included with Mitzi fixtures.
• Mitzi will sell our current inventory of bulbs through July 31, 2023. However, once the banned bulbs are depleted, they will no longer be available for sale.

Do not buy!! Bulbs blew first use!!

Do not buy. The fixtures have incandescent lights they are discontinuing. New LED bulbs are $34 each!!! This is $544 in new bulbs to make them all match by replacing all 15 in the fixtures I bought. They should send me these for free. Misleading to say they include bulbs. I cant believe I wasted $2500 on these lights for my brand new home.

Bulbs blow. No one will replace them. $18 each per bulb!! Lights are beautiful but the bulbs blew out immediately the same week they were installed in several of the Meadow lighting fixtures in my new home. Installed by a certified electrician too. While I bought them from Overstock they pointed me to the Manufacturer Mitzi who had also pointed me back to Overstock. Still no one has agreed to send me new bulbs. Infuriating bc I put the Meadow fixtures throughout my home and spent over $2500 only to have light w bulbs out. Horrible. Terrible customer service.

I have emailed twice regarding my order. I ordered my lamp on 5/30/2023. I have not received it, nor do I have a tracking number or the carrier name.
I am very dissapointed

Overall Great Fixture

Super easy for my electrician to install. I love this fixture! Looks great along my sloped ceiling.

Unfortunately, I received a damaged glass globe. When I asked for a replacement, I was sent an entirely new fixture. This was generous but now I have an unusable fixture due to a broken globe. A replacement globe would be great so that this fixture does not go to waste!

More beautiful in person

Almost my entire home has been upgraded with Mitzi light fixtures and every time they hit it out of the park. So gorgeous, customer service is amazing. Highly recommend!

Ordered on December 15

Ordered on December 15. Item shipped next day. Sat in warehouse for a month and you refused to contact warehouse or arrange for new shipment. You refused to offer refund or ship new item until I disputed charge.

Bad Service

Our order never arrived. It was listed as sent but also stored in your warehouse. Your abysmal customer service did nothing until we finally disputed the credit card charge a month later. You finally at least issued a refund for the several thousand dollar order.
What a shame. Your fixtures are attractive and high quality.

Beautiful lighting, wish it included instructions

I absolutely love our new entryway light. It's a work of art! Installing it wasn't a walk in the park, mainly because the wires weren't color coated and I had to do some research to figure out how to know which was the ground wire / live wire, etc. For a better customer experience, perhaps including some instructions with the lights would make it a 5-star review.
