Very poor experience with this order. The product was not working from the beginning. A pickup was arranged, but even after the product has been picked up, there is no update on replacement or refund.
Customer support is completely unresponsive. Whenever I try to contact them, their AI system says that a callback request has been raised, but I never receive any call. I have also sent multiple emails (almost 100) to their support team, but there has been no response at all.
There is no proper communication, no follow-up, and no resolution till now. This has been extremely frustrating.
Based on this experience, I would strongly not recommend buying any product from this brand due to their very poor after-sales support.

I ordered the Mivi Fort 350 soundbar from their official website, where they clearly promised delivery within 5–6 days. It’s been well beyond that timeframe, and the product hasn’t even been shipped yet.
To make things worse, they generated a Bluedart tracking ID (53644933241), which initially gives the impression that the order is on the way—but in reality, it’s just a fake sense of progress. The shipment hasn’t even been handed over to the courier. This is misleading and feels like a tactic to delay customers without accountability.
Customer support is equally disappointing. No proper response, no clear update, and no ownership of the issue. Just silence.
This is not a minor delay—this is poor service, false commitments, and complete disregard for customers’ time and trust.
If you’re thinking of ordering directly from Mivi, don’t. Save yourself the frustration.

Disappointed — No Paid Service After Warranty
I purchased the Mivi Soundbar H750 with a lot of confidence, especially because it is an Indian brand. In the beginning, I was very satisfied with the performance and even recommended this product to my friends. However, after the warranty period ended, the soundbar stopped working. When I contacted the Mivi support team, I was shocked to learn that they do not provide any paid or authorized service once the warranty expires.
Their reply was polite and apologetic, but very clear — after the warranty period, the customer is completely on their own. There is no repair option, no paid service center, and no technical support beyond the warranty. For a premium product like the Soundbar H750, this policy is extremely disappointing. Any serious electronics brand should at least offer paid repairs so that customers are not forced to discard the product when it fails.
I chose the Mivi Soundbar H750 because I wanted to support an Indian brand and believed in its quality. But this experience has damaged that trust. A product at this price point should not become useless just because the warranty period is over. The lack of post-warranty service support makes it difficult to recommend this brand for long-term use.
While I appreciate that the support team acknowledged my concern and forwarded the feedback internally, the reality remains unchanged — no service after warranty. I sincerely hope Mivi reconsiders this policy and introduces authorized paid repairs in the future. Customers deserve better support, especially for higher-value products like the Soundbar H750.
Until then, potential buyers should be aware: once the warranty ends, there may be no service solution available for your device.

I got an advert on instagram showing how their earbuds are loaded with AI and then i was taken to a landing page and made the purchase after selecting discount options and colours etc . i have been delivered a pair of plastic earbuds today and no AI support whereas the website specifically advertises and sells AI earbuds. on calling the customer support they say that it is my mistake and they don't support the AI in the earbuds they sold me. all their customer support is going round and round and really nowhere.
dont buy from this company. complete scammers and selling cheap products with big blah advertising.

I recently ordered the Mivi Commando X9 C from their official website, but they sent me the Commando X9 instead. 😡
When I called customer service, the executive shockingly told me that the Commando X9 C isn’t even their product, despite it being listed on their official site! I was also informed that the Commando X9 C is supposedly available only to CRED coupon users, where it shows as ₹4999, but after applying the coupon, the price drops to ₹949. Does this mean Mivi is running a new scam targeting CRED users? 🤔
To add to the confusion, the executive said that if I ordered it directly from Mivi’s site without a CRED coupon, I’d have to pay ₹999. But when I checked out, the price was still ₹4999 without any coupon applied!
To make matters worse, during the call, the executive spoke to his colleagues without putting me on hold, discussing for over 10 minutes, then muted himself for several more minutes, and never resumed the call. I had no choice but to hang up.
And to top it all off, I found that Mivi’s official Twitter account is suspended! 🚨
This entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and shady. Mivi, what’s going on?

Doing this as this was my last resort... I brought a pair of @Mivi_Official duopods in March from @Flipkart they product just worked fine for 15 days and then suddenly stopped working and the last thing I was left with was to claim the warranty and I did the same same... They send me the product after 10 days back again it stops working in one day and both @Mivi_Official and @Flipkart don't respond to my mails or feedback. Is your customers money not important to you or the customer is not imp at all? Please share this as much as possible so it reached the right people and something like this doesn't happen to someone else🙏and just for the case I have flipkart premium so imagine what feedback they would give to normal people

I have purchased Mivi A25 product last year FEB 16th. It was a fantastic product which worked to me will FED 10th than all of a sudden there was an issue with the product, I have tired contacting Customer care but there was no response, till 12th date i have tried them calling, as there was no response I though of dropping an mail assuming that the they will not respond as it's close to 1 year. I have received a ticket number after 2 days that is on 15th I have received an email with the trouble shooting steps. I have tired but went vain and replied back to them stating that still not working. To my surprise they have arranged a reverse pick up and the product got delivered at their location. After that resolved the issue and still it is working.

Mivi products are the Worst products I have ever used.
Earlier I used mivi collar classic. I had to change the same product under warranty 3 times within one year which usually takes more than 1 month to replace or repair.
Now the same with this product as well. It's not even 2 months, left side bud stopped working.

Nobody picks the calls, Mail team is extremely empathetic. They have raised my ticket the first time, and closed it and I asked them to reopen it and no action took place.
