This company is a scam ordered pants 2 months ago still have not recieved

Ordered pants for work 1 month ago. Money was taken out of acct. But never relieved shipping confirmation or anything else. Tracking # says order received and that's it. Don't trust the site.

A year ago I would give them a 5 but it’s been months now and the $11 vegan mozzarella is horrible. They changed it for sure, it doesn’t taste the same nor same texture. I never liked the other items from cream cheese to other types of cheese but I would have still given a 5 star review if the vegan mozzarella hadn’t changed. I paid twice for cheese by choosing them but now I’m convinced the recipe has changed for the worse. 2 is fair, you’re a vegan company and I like that but the way you went backwards I can’t give a 5 star review

So I am having a lot of health difficulties at the moment; I literally just got slightly better from five weeks of pneumonia, and my other autoimmune disease started acting up, which has left me basically blind. With that said, I have not been able to go grocery shopping and so I ordered my favorite cheeses from Miyoko’s online, and adding to a very long line of maddening events, and just absolute sadness, none of the items in the box, including the ice packs were even remotely cold. They were all warm to touch, and I do not need added food poisoning at this point, so I am very upset right now. I had ordered previously straight from Miyoko’s and that shipment came with ice and everything was cold when I received it. This is not the case now and I would not chance eating cheese that has melted and very obviously so and I think it is disrespectful to customers to even think that it’s OK to send and it inevitably costs, the company, both business and credibility and I don’t see how that benefits anyone. I had ordered two sun-dried, tomato wheels, one garlic and herb will, one herb to Provence wheel, and a smoked cheddar I believe spread, and , I literally went to get the box before the UPS truck left, and every single one of those items was warm when I took it out of the box. I expect both to be reimbursed and have my order re-shipped overnight because I live on the East Coast and during these record high summer temperatures, you cannot have perishable food in a UPS truck that is not refrigerated for three days. And I paid $15 to ship it! And I am not given the option to ship overnight or even today and I think this is wrong on the company and I really hope they step it up because at this point I will not be ordering from them anymore unless this order is completely rectified and no subsequent issues have happened. I have also noticed the one natural food store in my area has also stopped carrying these products and I wonder just how large this issue is because it is insane. I am not happy considering this was supposed to be food that I could eat while nauseous on high-dose steroids trying to get my eyesight back but apparently I cannot eat any of these because they were all warmer than room temperature when I receive them directly out of the box.

I ordered ten cheese wheels for myself, and just ordered eight for a family member. I like this better than dairy cheese. The service was superb. Lightning fast arrival time.These people are awesome.

Miyoko's offers delicious, vegan, organic foods! And the company is owned by a very inspiring woman! It's one of my favorite vegan companies!!

The vegan dairy products are beyond delicious, which is why I continue to order, but shipping is extremely costly, and almost every item is ALWAYS sold out. On top of that, it takes weeks for delivery. The company does tell you when you order that it will take longer for shipping due to the pandemic, but so long from within the US? They have given no updates as to when, if ever, they will get more product back in stock. Very frustrating when you’re spending a minimum of $50 to even be able to place an order.
