Ich habe eine kostenpflichtige Zusatzleistung („Neuer Akku“) gebucht und später berechtigte Fragen zur Dokumentation und Gewährleistung gestellt.

Statt einer nachvollziehbaren Prüfung erhielt ich wochenlang Standardantworten, Verweise auf eine angeblich abgelaufene Garantie und keine zufriedenstellende Erklärung zu den von mir aufgezeigten Unstimmigkeiten.

Am Ende blieb für mich der Eindruck zurück, dass die Klärung meines Anliegens deutlich weniger wichtig war als dessen schnelle Schließung.

Für mich war diese Erfahrung ausreichend, um künftig keine Geschäfte mehr mit diesem Händler zu machen.

Finger weg von dieser Firma. Ich habe über refurbed bei dieser Firma für meine Tochter ein iPhone 13 im Zustand Excellent gekauft. Nach einem Update gab es einen Bootloop und ich konnte auch mit iTunes das Gerät nicht zum laufen bringen. Da noch in Garantie habe ich es eingeschickt. Jetzt bekomme ich einen Nachricht, das angeblich an dem Motherboard etwas gemacht wurde und damit die Garantie erlischt. Ein Fall für den Anwalt!

I bougth the phone 6 years ago (Iphone Xr) , I never used them with sim card, only to develop apps. When I tried 6 years after to use a sim card inside, I cannot, the phone was black listed by my operator, but the client service is very reactive and change my phone, 6 year after thanks a lot to them!

Ich hab bei Refurbed ein Iphone von Mobi-hub bestellt. Am Freitag versendet, Montag war‘s da. Und zum Zustand des Handys kann man echt nur sagen, dass es noch viel besser ist, als ich es erwartet habe. Keine Kratzer, keine Dellen, 100% Akkukapazität, quasi ein komplett neues Handy. Wenn‘s jetzt auch noch im Alltag überzeugt, bin ich rundum zufrieden!

Fixed iPhone screen

Mobi Hub hat meine Bestellung nicht versendet. Erst nach einer Woche und mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde es versendet, leider dann viel zu spät! Zusätzlich hat Mobi Hub einen falschen Zustelltag angegeben und somit war die Bestellung obsolet weil sie eine Woche zu spät kam! Nie wieder!!

Sent my iPhone 16 plus to be valued with them, I wasn’t happy with the offer so asked for it to be sent back. Once received the phone back it was water damaged from royal mail and no longer charges and has water damage in the screen. I’ve contacted them for the last 15 days and just get ignored each time or get the message back I’ll message my manager to find out for you. Now I’m left with a worthless water damaged phone. Avoid this company
