Please read entirely: I had entered my banking information incorrectly, so I called the customer service line. The first time I called (I wish I remembered everyone’s name) was to check why I had not received my deposit and that is when I found out about the incorrect info I had entered. I called back to correct the matter because we needed to do a three way call with my bank to update the information (for security reasons I could not just provide the info myself and I understand) We were on hold for 45 minutes and I had to get back to work but the fact that he stayed on the phone and waited with me not once ever asking if I wanted to try later, no pressure just waited with me. I chose to and ended the call. The third time I worked with another gentleman and thankfully we got it squared away in 15 minutes with the same process of calling the bank. All three times I called were very professional, very nice, very helpful and got my deposit the next day.

Application Process
The process was very straight forward and it just took a few minutes. The application is very well organized and if you missed something it prompts you and you can't go to the next page. Once all the information is submitted it was a matter of a couple of minutes and I was told I was approved and the amount. The funds were available to be withdrawn immeditiately and they were deposited into my bank account the following day. The paymenst are scheduled for every other week as automatic payments but you can make additional payments or pay it off at anytime. The one thing anyone applying should be aware off is that it is a hard check and it is reported to the credit bureau. If you are in need of funds for an unexpection situation it is definitely worth looking into.

Application was easy and approval was fast; however, I thought the deposit would be fast as well. Deposit was two days. I should have been informed of the 48 hour wait.
