Mobiloans EXPOSED?
My experience with Mobiloans has been extremely frustrating. I've made payments on my account, only to see money withdrawn and then seemingly reversed, which has caused my bank account to go negative. That alone has created a lot of unnecessary stress.
Another issue I've had is that if I don't keep a debit card on file, it feels like my balance doesn't get reduced properly. My account balance has stayed almost exactly the same for the past 4–6 months despite making payments, and I haven't seen the progress I expected.
Overall, I feel misled by the way my account has been handled, and I no longer trust this company. Once I finally get this account paid off—if that ever happens—I plan to close my account and never use Mobiloans again. At this point, I'm even worried that the way things are going could eventually lead to collections, which is very concerning.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Mobiloans to anyone.

Under the Mobiloans “Terms & Conditions” section, within the “Disclosures,” customers are advised that the MobiLoans line of credit features two (2) billing cycles per month, resulting in two (2) payments due each month. Also in this section, it specifically details our cash advance fees and finance charges and how they are applied to customer accounts. Customers have the option to make additional payments during each billing cycle or make payments larger than the minimum amount due in order to reduce the Fixed Finance Charges. Our product is an expensive line of credit. However, if you continue to make on-time payments, you could qualify for program discounts. Please contact our customer support team at 877-836-1518 to discuss options available for your account.

When an application for a Line of Credit is made on the internet and not through personal interaction, we have to rely on the fact that customers have thoroughly researched our product, have read and understood all of the costs and terms associated with the Line of Credit we offer, and made the decision that MobiLoans is the best option to meet their needs. On our website at www.mobiloans.com, under the “Terms & Conditions” tab, you are advised that your account is a Line of Credit and while we do not charge interest, there is a Fixed Finance Charge incurred each billing cycle you have an unpaid balance.
