Didn’t receive my order
Ordered on September 29, and it was supposed to be delivered on October 2. Haven’t heard anything and the tracking doesn’t work.

Extremely poor customer service for faulty product
I bought a Mockberg watch in Japan 18 months ago. The strap broke. I contacted Mockberg just to have a reply that the watch has been discontinued and they don’t have parts. They washed their hands off their product! It was not a cheap watch. I have taken it to 2 jewellers in New Zealand and they can’t repair it. So now the watch is useless to me. I am very unhappy with the product and also with the customer service. I would expect this kind of service from a company which sells junk but not from a reputable company like Mockberg. Their customer service clearly does not care about the customer. Even if a product is discontinued the company should still sell parts.

Urusel service
Varan skickades till fel utlämningsställe och kunde därför inte hämtas ut pga mina arbetstider. Kontaktade kundtjänst och fick välja på att beställa varan på nytt och betala sammanlagt 599 kr för en vara som kostar 399 kr eller betala 249 kr i avgift för att varan inte hämtades ut. Jag valde det senare alternativet

Beautiful items, terrible service
I saw a gorgeous watch on Instagram and decided to order it. Sadly, the experience has been a nightmare.
DHL claimed my address was “wrong” (it’s correct and I receive deliveries there all the time). They say my house number was in the wrong field?! Never had that before.
Nobody from the company bothered to contact me, I had to find out myself. Meanwhile the tracking hasn’t updated.
When I asked for a refund, they told me I have to wait until the package is returned to them (God knows when that’ll be) plus another 14 days. Meanwhile, they don’t answer my emails or provide any real support.
Because I liked the watch so much I ordered another one. This one is on its way. If it’s ever delivered I’ll return it because I don’t trust they’ll help me if something happens to the item.
The products might look amazing, but the service behind them is awful. No delivery, no refund, no communication. Think twice before ordering.

Delivery issues like this are very rare, but in your case it seems that the house number ended up in the wrong field when DHL processed the shipment. We completely understand how inconvenient this must have been, especially since you didn’t receive an update right away.
To clarify for others reading: normally, all orders are delivered smoothly and refunds are issued quickly. In this case, the delay happened because the package first needs to be returned to us before we can process the refund – but we agree that communication should have been clearer from our side.
We’ve already taken steps with DHL and our support team to make sure similar situations are handled faster and with better updates in the future.

Habe lange überlegt,ob ich bei mockberg bestellen soll, da ich durch Instagram auf die Marke aufmerksam wurde. Ich habe die Heritage watch bestellt und habe sie nicht behalten, da sie mir nicht 100 Prozent gefallen hat. Die Retoure hat wunderbar funktioniert und aufgrund eigner Fehler bei der Angabe der Email-Adresse musste ich mich an den Kundendienst per Email melden. Dieser war äußerst freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell im Antworten. Obwohl ich die Uhr nicht behalten habe, hätte Mockberg nicht seriöser und emphatischer reagieren können.

Krånglig kundservice
Jag köpte ett armband som visade sig vara för stort, något jag meddelade samma dag jag fick det. Jag var då tvungen att "bevisa" det genoma att skicka foton där jag mätte det. Det tog 8 dagar innan jag fick ok att returnera och beställa nytt. jag fick själv skriva ut returadress, och beställa nytt armband.
Jag hade önskat en snabbare och enklare process. De hade kunnat skicka ett färdigt svarskuvert, eller från start litat på mig som kund. Nu kunde jag varken ha armbandet på midsommar, eller på min resa, som jag tänkt. Jag har handlat från Mockberg måna gånger, så de borde se att jag är en bra kund. Jag fick inte heller någon form av kompensation för strul och försening.
Deras produkter är toppen, men kundservicen kändes krånglig och omodern.

Nice jewelry, really good quality. Have both a ring and a watch. The ring is covered with gems, and them all is still on even though I wear it almost everyday.
