I bought cleaning set from them for 6.99 and only received sponges not the holder or handle to use item so useless

I bought cleaning set from them for toilet .They sent just sponges part but no base or handle to fix them on .I complained and they said they send nerw set but I had to return sponges at cost of £14700shipping costs!Obviously not going to send back and no refund of 6.99 I paid .I think this is blackmail and they should not be allowed to trade here.I will never buy anything from them again and advise anyone else not to buy anything from them as dishonest company from my experience ..Very upsetting and disappointed in them and product .

Incompetence personified

I ordered the toilet gadget with 18 refills but all that arrived were the refills what good are the refills without the actual gadget. I won't be buying from modamissy again, I've sent an email to them as well that's not been answered three days after the event, I'm apoplectic with rage these companies shouldn't be allowed to advertise on major platforms if they're only out to con customers.

I am deeply disappointed with my ecoerience

I am deeply disappointed with my experience ordering from Modamissy. It has now been over two weeks since I placed my order, and there has been no delivery or any meaningful update regarding its status.

I reached out to customer service via email hoping for clarity, but the response I received was vague and unhelpful. They simply stated that my email had been replied to and asked me to check it, despite the fact that my concerns were not addressed at all. It feels like I am being given automated responses rather than genuine assistance.

At this point, I am seriously concerned about the legitimacy of this company. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to deliver the order raise significant red flags.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order with Modamissy. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by contacting my bank and the relevant authorities.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Wouldn’t shop with them again

Delivery took some time so I chased it and they got back to me immediately with tracking information which I thought was great. However, item was delivered and I was very disappointed so I have made contact with them three times and not heard anything back! Definitely wouldn’t shop with them again

Parcel arrived well packaged and in good time. Slightly disappointed in the performance of the product as the amount of cleaning foam from the sponge was not as much as shown in the product video. It does a fairly good job but need two sponges per clean to get a satisfactory finish.

Feel like I've been conned

Showed an advert of a small handheld vacuum that looked great with brilliant suction working perfectly on the advert so I ordered one and when it turned up it looked different from what I ordered and was actually a load of rubbish doesn't pick anything up at all. Very disappointing definitely won't be ordering from here again I feel like I've been conned , ripped off

Bought this for my Xmas tree - thought the material was going to be a bit thicker as it looks it in the photo - having said that the size was good and my 7ft tree fitted perfectly -

The product is a scam

The product is a scam. It is not the same thing as in the sales description . Seller scams and cheat the customer. It is not wprth fpr 16 pounds . It doesnt vaccumeb even a little bit of pieces . Totall scam and not satisfied 200% .

I was misinformed when i wrote this review.

Ordered trousers 8th February as of 17th march nothing first and last time I will purchase anything totally disappointing

It turns out my trousers are in the Country but lost somewhere in the Evri Depot.

They are investigating but I fear my trousers are gone, but we will await the outcome of their efforts.

Please do buy from Modamissy, Great Value, Great Service, which only leaves one question?

DONT USE THEM

DONT USE THEM. Their website promises a full returns policy but when I requested a return as the trousers were poor dimensionally I got a reply in poor English saying they don’t recommend that as warehouse is overseas and it would cost me too much.
Don’t use them. It’s a con.
