ads are misleading and misrepresented

saw an item i wanted and in the listing stated 48hr delivery. great, it would in time for my holiday. ordered it and after 2 days i chased it up and it was still in china. there was no way it would arrive in time. when i contacted the support line they said that the only way the cost could be refunded was if the item arrived AFTER their 30 day window. i asked why advertise a 2 day delivery when it could take up to 30. the chat i was having was now obviously with an AI system and not a human. this company is a joke and you should not use them. their ads mislead and misrepresent. avoid.

Stay Away From Vivhal

Ordered items 2/3/26 , contacted vivahl by email to ask for tracking which was non existent, said item was stuck at customs , then 5 days later said it was being resent, still no tracking, raised an issue with Klarna on 27/3/26 and was now told items were out of stock , eventually received a refund on 29/3/26.
Will definitely not use this company again , absolutely shocking

I had issues with a purchase from Vivahl with a garment that was delivered the wrong size , I had waited for a period for this delivery to arrive but once I contacted Vivahl about the size issue they refunded my purchase amount back into my account ,
Not many online companies would do this hence the 5 star rating ,

the wrong trousers

was sent the wrong size trousers.only got it sorted after complaining to pay pal.was then sent the right size only to try them on and find that the button on the waist band had no button hole.gave up threw both pairs away.

Great shape

I love the design and quality of the jeans I bought. Sizing is not to UK standards so check measurements as I needed 2 sizes larger.

False advertising

False advertising, ordered 2 x shorts in good faith ,then informed order received and would receive in 5 to 7 working days ,waited ,no delivery or information, contacted them after 2 weeks to be told supply issues, waited another week, nothing, so asked for refund which I did eventually receive, will not be back.
You have been warned people

Poor quality product with even worse customer service.

Further to my review last week I was requested to provide additional information, which I did on the same day, however once again, this has been ignored and the poor customer service continues. The products are poor quality and the customer service is far worse.

Absolute con

Absolute con, ordered did not arrive in specified time, contacted vivahl to which I received no reply.

Eventually 3 weeks later a package arrived with one trouser as specified with 8 pockets, the other with only 2 !!!!!!!! and the material is thin and suspect.

I will not use or recommend this company again and if you do so then its at your own risk.

Poor responses from their Customer Service

Second time i have used them. First one was eventually sorted, but it was hard. This second order they just send the same response "contact us again in 3-5 days". Its been 10 days since order was placed and no shipment information. I'll be cancelling in 3 days

Do not be ripped off my this company…

Do not be ripped off my this company and I ordered a pair of trousers that was advertised as fleece lined and waterproof when they arrived no fleece lining and not waterproof the material was that thin and cheap nothing like it was advertised can’t get in touch only by email will not entertain this company anymore

ordered fleece lined trouser

Note to Vivahl - you did not send me what I ordered - I ordered fleece lined waterproof trousers for working in extreme winter conditions - you sent me wafer thin unlined trousers which I wouldn’t even wear in summer. At what point does that constitute a 20% discount or 50% refund which is your latest offer. I’m not the only one caught out here - there are numerous others. I want a full refund as you have failed to send me what I paid for.

ordered fleece lined trouser , trousers arrived no fleece paper thin quality.numerous emails later offered 20 %of next order want a full refund but impossible to get in touch with. NO UK CONTACT NUMBER NO AVAILABLE ADDRESS. Vivahl asked me NOT put it on Facebook. Avoid at all cost.
