Took my order for two shirts, took my money, sent me a delivery order update and then nothing! will be reporting to ombudsman and seeking to get my money back but they have now done a runner, closed down their website and ceased trading. Avoid at all costs!

they advertise as Talbot clothes and on arrival there are no labels in the item to suggest Talbot. the sizing is wrong and to return a product, you are responsible for all shipping costs and if exchange, shipping costs back to you. There are pirated items!! Buyer beware.

AVOID THEM: wrong sizing, bad construction, bad material (this is not cashmere), sent late even though we'd paid for expedited shipping, item of clothing unmarked in any way: no label indicating size, fabric, care, maker, or country of origin, which is illegal in the US. No packing slip.

Please do not buy from them poor quality they take your money you return the items then they do not issue you with a refund a totally scam. I will be going to the ombudsmen awful company

3 months later!!!!! This company not only did they supposedly (send my items that I never got) twice! I have cameras I proof the time and dates that the items was delivered was never there! FedEx said they never received anything from them to deliver to me! Page to track the items look so fake! Should known better! But Now they will only refund me 70% of what I paid for wtf! I couldn’t dispute it with cc cause it’s been 3 months waiting I even paid off the cc . And it can take 15 day or longer to get refund wow lmao good luck to the so call shoppers that get stuff here. On top of it they don’t have a phone number to talk to representatives it’s all on email !!!! Ridiculous , temu and SHEIN does better service than this so call company!

Never received my merchandise paid $70.00 and got nothing.

i got scammed by Maven i bought 100k 2 step maven account and passed both fases and got real account than i made 3900+$ profit on real they breach my account because they are blaming me to brake the rule even still my account is in profit when i contact for my withdrawal support team said you are able to get 1945$ on withdrawal date when date comes they rejected my withdrawal request and block me on discord everyone please support me to raised my voice i m effected by Maven support team i m posting their mails screen shot

Absolutely terrible! After being disappointed with the (bed sheet) material of the that I dress ordered, I decided to suck it up and pay to return to get a full refund. This was in June... I’ve been communicating with Modaveo regarding my return up until last week. All email communications are now failing and funnily enough their website has disappeared. I’m now £44 out of pocket and I’m also without the crappy dress too! Absolutely furious!

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not touch this company. I ordered two dresses that were advertised as quality flowing maxi dresses in photos, description and size guide. I even used size of the model given for one of the dresses to be reassured of the fit.....what arrived were very poor quality, not fit for purpose dresses that had never seen a midi length let alone the falsely advertised maxi length. when I tried to arrange a refund they initially refused and said not within their policy, then said as goodwill they'd offer partial refund this was refused and I raised a dispute through PayPal. this prompted them to say they'd give full refund if I shipped back to them and withdrew the dispute. I shipped back and even though this was expensive it was about principle....move forward three months china customs advised the details I'd been given to return the items were insufficient so the items have been returned to me, no refund and wasted shipping costs. I think this was done purposely to cause delay and avoid the refund and a PayPal dispute. Clearly this is not an isolated incident and there have been issues with lots of customers. I've spoken with PayPal who will be onto them as a company who are not as they portray #reapwhatyousow

Do not be fooled by their website - it’s designed to make you think you’re getting high quality items when in reality the quality is terribly cheap. Sizing is all over the place. Had so much back and forth trying to return the items - ended up taking a hit and took a discounted refund. Major red flags. Definitely scammers!

Would be a in the minus’ if possible! I ordered a dress for an event. Really excited for it to come. Within a few days I hadn’t received emails about it being dispatched or any available tracking so I had to chase. Then when I could finally see it said in transit to Evri, which was a load of rubbish as it wasn’t even in this country! It was false hope before we’d really even started. Then when the dress finally arrived nearly 2 weeks later it was a VERY cheap version of the photo on their website! It looks vile and nothing like the photo

Scam artist, cheap dresses, cheap service and demand tracked returns to china which is not in their terms. Due to this they rely on people not returning their items as more expensive to do so. Avoid at all cost

I bought a dress last minute and was utterly disappointed when it arrived. The company are imitating other brands and selling cheap low quality items for still a high price! Returns will cost you £20, which I had not realised at the time of purchase. In summary it needs closing down!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy from them, they are a complete scam. I wish I’d seen these reviews before buying. They are taking other sellers pictures and sending out cheap, imitations. The dress I ordered was laughably bad. The fabric was so cheap and see through, one strap hadn’t been sewn in and the zip was so stiff it broke when I undid it. If you try to return they say you have to pay for recorded shipping to China as stated on their website (it is NOT stated as I checked before buying) which conveniently is the same price I paid for the item. They are nothing but scam artists. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I’d give a score in the minus’ if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Item sold at a premium price and quality is as cheap as anything! Disgusting responses to email communication and it is unacceptable behaviour!

Any cheap retailer will give you better quality than this store. It’s so poorly made I can’t even describe. Sizing was sent completely wrong! No easy return option. It’s just a scam! DONT BUY! You will loose your money!

Low quality clothing, marketed as premium quality. Thin garments, poorly designed, poor fitting. Pictures online look nothing like the actual garments. Returns process means parcel must be sent to china at customers cost with tracking.

I recently purchased a dress from this shop, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The material of the dress is absolutely dreadful—it's made from 100% plastic, which is incredibly uncomfortable and looks cheap. To make matters worse, the dress arrived with a strong, unpleasant smell. Additionally, the sizing was completely off; despite ordering my usual size, the dress didn't fit properly at all. I paid £69 for two dresses! Given this awful experience, I will never order from this shop again. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

The item was so poorly made and cheap looking. The sizing was also terrible. When I emailed them and asked to return the item I was told that I could either pay £25 shipping or they would give me a 10% refund and let me keep the order. Absolute rip off.

Absolutely love the pieces. They are stylish yet comfy. Perfeect!
