SCAM - buyer beware!!!
Absolute scam of a website. After ordering, they asked for identification. Upon provided id, they acted like my order was being processed, only to cancel it some days later. When I asked them to provide me in writing that the copy of my identification would be destroyed, they refused to respond. STAY AWAY from this place - they are not legitimate.

We understand how frustrating it is to have an order cancelled, but your review does not accurately reflect what happened.
The item you ordered was no longer in stock at our partner boutique, and they informed us of this after your order was placed. We communicated this to you in multiple emails and cancelled the order because the item could not be fulfilled.
The request for identification was made only because the billing and shipping addresses on your order did not match. As noted in our email, providing ID was optional — you also had the option to have the order shipped to the billing address instead. You voluntarily chose to provide your ID for verification. This step is a standard security measure used across the industry to prevent unauthorized card use and protect customers.
We also replied to your final email on November 24th confirming that we do not store, save, or retain copies of identification documents. Your ID was viewed only for verification and was not archived in any form, in full compliance with standard U.S. data-handling practices.
We understand that cancellations are disappointing, but calling our business a scam is inaccurate and does not reflect the information and communication we provided throughout the process.

Duty Tax to US not so “transparent”
I’ve purchased a Fendi bag on 7/28/25. Received the bag on 8/4/25. Placing the order and receiving the shipment was seamless with updated emails. I love my bag. I would have written an excellent review, however, the duty tax is a “not so excellent” experience for me. Modecraze policy states that duty tax is covered to US and I’ve received two invoices so far to make payments from Fedex for $145.08. I’ve emailed modecraze about the duty tax invoice and I got a response that it’ll be taken care of…it’s NOVEMBER and I still have an outstanding balance! Am I left to foot the bill for the duty taxes? I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth… Would not recommend from my first time experience with the way the duty tax is being handled… very nonchalant about it…

Smooth purchase overall. It took a couple of days to get a tracking number, and then a few more for the bag to bounce around Italy once shipped, but cleared customs in Newark quickly and was in California the next day!

First Time Shopping with Modecraze and Truly Impressed
This was my first time ordering from Modecraze and I’m seriously impressed. I’ve shopped internationally before, but this was one of the smoothest and most seamless transactions I’ve had. I completely understand the hesitation people feel about ordering designer items from another country, especially when you’re not sure if what you’re getting is authentic or if it will even arrive.
Modecraze exceeded every expectation. The item shipped the very next day from Italy, and I paid less than half of what this designer bag would cost in the United States. The bag is completely authentic, brand new, and still had the original wrapping on it.
The entire experience gave me total peace of mind. I’m thrilled to have discovered this site and I will absolutely be ordering again.
