Modelia seems to be the answer to the prayer of all small business owners such as me. Technically savvy is not a word that comes to mind when one would think of me, and yet, I find it easy to navigate this platform and create images that work best for my business. The customer service is STELLAR! I'm just amazed at the quality of assistance I was provided. They helped me make the right choices and better navigate the gazillion tools this site enables for me to use.

Excellent content generation and…
Excellent content generation and customer support.
I have tried multiple AI content generation platforms for product pictures for a small business and they have been tricky and produced terrible results.
I would say 90% of content generated with Modelia has been fantastic. Only 3 credits to produce a photo which seems very reasonable.
Customer support is excellent - I had someone respond straight away and escalate an issue to the engineer team. In less than 12 hours this was resolved and I had a follow up email with an apology that explained the issue and resolution. In the meantime, the customer support agent was happy to try and generate my content for me.
Would highly recommend!

EDIT: apparently they own Musicful AI. So what happened, they charged for that from topmediai. That's super confusing, they have like 3 different entities I get emails from. It's impossible to track what is what. Other than that service is good. Just be aware that billing will be a mess is bank statement.

Wow! I am incredibly impressed with Modelia’s customer service. I ran into an issue one evening and emailed support, fully expecting it to take days to hear back. To my surprise, I received a response within an hour—from the owner himself—with a clear solution and genuine understanding of my situation. He and his team truly blew me away and set a new standard for what exceptional customer service should be.
Also, the website is easy to navigate, and I feel like I’ve only just scratched the surface of everything they offer. Ten stars!

As newcomers to AI, choosing a solution tailored to our online retail needs felt like a natural step.

Modelia is a game changer for our online apparel & accessory web shop. After spending countless hours designing product mock ups for our website using mediocre platforms, and never being satisfied with the realism and overall quality, I stumbled upon Modelia.
Modelia offers comprehensive intuitive, fast, fully customizable tools to make realistic, attractive, branded apparel & accessory mock ups! Additionally, having experience with several competitor platforms, the flexible package prices are by far the best we have come across.

BEST customer service ----EVER!!!!
Okay listen—As I have begun a new chapter in my life at 62 years old, I’ve tried a lot of platforms while wrangling AI image generators into producing fashion models that don’t look like melted mannequins. Modelia? This is the one. From the jump, it’s user-friendly—like, truly idiot proof and I was up and running without 57 browser tabs open and no existential crisis. That’s a HUGE win.
But the real kicker? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent a message with a concern (on a freaking Sunday at 2:00 PM) thinking, “Eh, I’ll hear back sometime next week.” Not only did I get a response within minutes, but it was from the actual CEO/founder. Who does that?! He was kind, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping—like the opposite of that soul-crushing tech support energy we all dread. I was beyond stunned!
I’ve worked on projects where a simple glitch can spiral into days of editing chaos, and the founder of Modelia? He made sure I didn’t have to stress. That level of support and kindness is rare, and I want to scream it from the rooftops (but instead I’ll scream it in all caps here): I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MODELIA.
Modelia is now a core part of my creative workflow, and honestly, it feels like having a backstage pass to a tool made by artists for artists. I am so very grateful. Thank you for all of the extended kindness and support.
