Great service and very good communication with customer service.
The only wee hiccup was we were not informed when delivery would be, furniture arrived late afternoon, so luckily we were in.
Overall would recommend this company.
And the bonus was free delivery.

The ordering and delivery process couldn't have been better. And when we had an issue (manufacturer had left a cushion out) they were helpfulness itself in getting everything sorted. The product itself was exactly as expected. Would happily deal with them again, and recommend to friends.

Received the furniture very quickly.
Made in China so no clear instructions.
Tricky to put together as bolt joints some times did not align. With a bit of pushing and pulling they eventually lined up! I suggest to enter alloc the bolts a leave loose until all bolts in place, then tighten all.
Overall a good product with good quality seat pads and cushions which can be unzipped and washed.

I’m really fussy, so do trust my review. I always do lots of research before I buy most things. My research paid off.

Excellent service. I did the online chat to ask a couple of questions. They answered within a few minutes. I ordered a rattan garden suite on a Wednesday afternoon around 4.30 and chose to pay £30 for express delivery (2 working days). It arrived Friday morning at 10.30.

Was delivered on time and was very easy to assemble being partly already built

Had been looking for garden furniture for a while and saw moderattan on Facebook. We checked the trust pilot reviews and decided to place an order for the amalfi grey corner sofa with table. The customer service whilst waiting for our order was impeccable, nothing like I’ve ever received before. We were able to select which day we would like our order dispatched and I was updated by Justine on every step of our order. The furniture arrived on our chosen day, and I was able to build it easily within an hour. We are so impressed by the quality of the furniture. I have been recommending to friends and family. Would highly recommend this company, and look forward to using them again for future orders.

Brilliant service after nearly being scammed by another company I was so wary. Furniture ordered on Sunday and delivered to the North East of Scotland today, Friday. Kept up to date by Justine and questions answered when asked. All set up and looks and feels amazing. Much appreciated for all the help.

Very pleased with the quality of the Antonio rise and fall rattan set. The 2 armchairs and seatee had to be assembled, but thank you to the document that was sent via Email, it was very simple to complete.
Definitely recommend using this company and their products.

We have had a great experience with MODE. rattan.
We placed our order and they were very prompt in contacting us regarding our delivery.
I contacted them as the courier hadn't called like discussed to book in our delivery. Justine was really helpful and spoke to the courier straight away to sort.
We received our furniture yesterday, it was well packed and looks great.
Looking forward to properly assembling this weekend.
