Modern Aspect Avis 59

I’m always surprised when people always refer to simple, elegant, clean and functional aesthetics as “Modern.” But whatever your definition, that’s exactly what our OG mailbox represents. Our recent remodel includes black steel farmhouse accent lighting, white exterior paint with black windows and this mailbox is close to perfect! My only comment would be to consider some sort of rubber “buffer to cushion the lid when it closes and would take it from nearly perfect to perfect!

The included hardware along with the template is functional & makes installing a breeze. Again, nearly perfect. Perhaps recommending the appropriate cement/stucco drill it would be nice for those less-experienced do-it themselves go-getters. Either way, simple and easy.

The addition of a simple, magnetic red flag compliments well and convenient, and more than reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to consider for any other needs!

I just installed under my covered porch, shielded from weather, so I expect it to last a long time. We’re a block from the beach, so we’ll see how it holds up!

The product shipping was delayed and in response the owner made the situation right and overall appreciate the great customer experience.

The original item I ordered was on backorder, so the customer service representative offered to ship a more expensive product at the price I paid.
This goes above and beyond, and I really appreciate it.

mailbox is beautifully made! we love it. Have not had a chance to install yet. we didn’t see any instructions with the mailbox post so not sure how we will do it yet.

if i buy the mail box post with the mail box the cost is significantly different if I buy them separately. they mail box was bought as a gift and now the post is extra if they would have bought it with. Shipping is taking quite a while as well

Haven't received yet after 2 weeks and per tracking hasn't been sent out for delivery. Can't say how the actual product is unfornately, yet recieved an email to review the product.

I haven’t received my order and no updates have been given.

I ordered my address sign planter over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t even shipped! I’ve emailed twice and both replies were “it will be sent next week” but still says “label created” and is sitting in the same spot since I was sent tracking 2 weeks ago. Can’t review something I don’t have, kind of unfortunate your system is asking me to when I haven’t even received your product.

Love the sign and numbers. The screws provided were too large for the holes on the sign. This was not discovered until the screws were anchored to the siding in our house.

Missing parts. Reached out to company by phone & email and never received a reply.

Mailbox was damaged upon arrival. (Dented and paint chipped). Based on excellent packaging, it was damaged before sending and sent anyway. I don’t have the ability to ship back.

I've gotten multiple emails asking for reviews, and to add on product, but not one about the status of my order, the estimated ship date, when it will go into production, etc. Total silence on all the issues I care about. It's all just "tell us how great we are." How am I supposed to rate a product that I have not received, and have no idea when I will receive. They seem to care more about boosting their rankings than providing customer service.
