When searching for new address numbers and mailbox for our new home. When going to big box stores, they all offered the same plastic house numbers and mailboxes. We noticed that most home decor companies focus on the interior of the home and didn’t have many options. The front of the home is the first thing people will see. It was important to us to have curb appeal show our ? That’s why we started Modern Aspect. There is a need for unique house numbers, mailboxes and better curb appeal products for your home. We understand that first impressions are everything, so why not make the curb appeal of your home a priority!

Product not shipped when promised - two weeks later
I have not been contacted about an order the owner said was shipping one week ago. It seems their Etsy site does well and they're prompt there, but not on their own site. I'm confused as to why they said the product was shipping but then never did.

The mail box arrived in good condition, however the finish on the numbers has several visible flaws. Also, the mailbox is no where near compatible with our current post. If this information was on their website, I never saw it.

Great Mailbox and Post
We purchased a mailbox and post for our new home. It is well built and beautiful. It’s the little things like your products that make a big difference. The mailbox was delivered quickly and packaged great. It was fun and fairly easy to install with a couple of bags of concrete and a level. Thanks for making cool stuff!

Beyond happy with product and service
Impressed with products available. Impressed with the online experience. I purchased the address sign. Forgot to add the numbers. I received a nice reminder email after the purchase. Received items quickly. Top notch quality. I LOVE the address sign.

I love the product
I love the product. However, it’s very deceptive that the product includes a picture of the plaque and the numbers on the initial price. Then once you choose the numbers, the price went up over 60%, in my case. You guys should really be more upfront with that.

Excellent product & service
The mailbox is well-designed, very sturdy, and reasonably priced. The first one arrived with a slight dent and Danny sent me a replacement immediately.

Web site could be less confusing
Web site could be less confusing. "Continue Shopping" usually means you go back in order to continue shopping for possible other items...not continue to the next web page in the Cart.
Why does it take 10-15 days to begin shipping? One of the first web pages on your site says most items take 1-3 days shipping. Didn't know it takes 10-15 days to process an order...and then add another 3 days, at least. Unfortunately I needed the item much sooner. It kind of got me by surprise that it can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. A little disappointed...in today's marketplace, most deliveries do not take as long. Unfortunately, I have some landscaping taking place. I just wish you of been more a little more clearer on shipping items...Also, your web site does not give you an estimate on a delivery date...Just a suggestion/...I just hope, for the price, the mailbox & post are good as you say it is...Carlo
