Ordered the Colorado divan bed in almond coniston after receiving the fabric swatch. Got a text after a few days to choose delivery date and it arrived within 5 days of purchase. It was taken to my bedroom and it took me 15 minutes to set it all up which was very easy for someone like me who hates DIY stuff. Great product, great delivery and great customer service. What more do you need!

Needed a bed as we had moved house and old one was worn out. Happy to say we made an amazing purchase! Has been a few months now and bed is as comfortable as ever.
Will definitely be ordering again and recommending to others.

I ordered a bed and mattress from this company a few months ago and couldn’t ask for anything better!! The setup was easy and prompt. It looks perfect in our room and is even more comfy to sleep on. Their customer service was unmatched with fast and efficient answers to all my questions and queries. I 100% recommended buying from here and i can see myself buying from here again in the future.

Modern beds had the exact bed I wanted. It arrived on time and was even better than the pictures. I'm really pleased with my purchase and the customer services guy Adam, was very helpful when I called to ask to rearrange my delivery time.

Had an issue with my bed after a few months. I contacted Modern Beds and Adam helped me to exchange the headboard for me for a new one within a week. Great service and I will be back for more beds for my kids bedrooms. The rest of the bed and mattress is still immaculate. Thanks Adam!

We bought a bed 6 months ago after reading all of the excellent reviews on TrustPilot. However, our experience of this company and their products has not been a positive one. We purchased a king size bed 6 months ago, delivery was prompt and we were happy with the product. However, we have since come to realise how flimsy and cheaply made the products are. The divan base snapped and collapsed in the middle of the night leaving our bed now unusable. The mattress that we purchased alongside the bed has splayed in two places making it unusable. I am now having to spend the remainder of my pregnancy sleeping on an air mattress. We have tried calling the company and have even tried contacting them via their own online enquiry form, but we have not had any correspondance in return and have not been able to get in touch with any of the customer service representatives. Our bed and mattress is still under warranty and we were hoping to get this issue resolved quickly, however, after 3 weeks the company do not seem interested in providing the service that was highlighted in the purchase order.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I purchased my bed on the 10th Feb, it’s now 27th of Feb, delivery date was Saturday 24th, no bed was delivered and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know they text me 3 hours later!! Today is was supposed to be delivered between 1-5pm, nothing again… sleeping on the floor for the 4th night now what an absolute liberty! Also all contacted numbers are off and once again no answers… DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER!!!!!!

We bought a bed and the base has broken. It is still under warranty and I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 4 weeks now. Their phoneline just goes to voicemail, no response to an email or facebook message. Shocking customer service!!

Great customer support provided by Adam and Ryan. Purchased a bed 8 months ago and a part broke on it, which was probably caused by my son jumping on the bed too much! The guys arranged a new part and got it delivered within a week for me. You can tell how good a company is when something goes wrong months after purchase and these guys really excelled. Thank you

Colorado divan bed is amazing, I ordered it in the almond consisting colour and it looks fab in my room. From ordering the bed online to delivery everything was straightforward. I paid extra for them to remove my old bed and mattress as well which made everything so easy for me. Keep up the great work and your driver was amazing!

Purchased a double bed and mattress, was delivered on time and the delivery guy did a great job in assembling the bed. Highly recommended

Terrible experience with the driver/deliver from them direct, he got abusive and in my face when he couldn’t find the property and getting a refund was excruciating, they say it’s processed after weeks of asking but so far,
……Still waiting!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUSINESS..PAID £600 FOR A BED WHICH THE BASES DONT HOLD TOGETHER/THE HEADBOARD HAS NEVER ATTATCHED TO BED AS THE HOLES ARE WAY BIGGER THAN THE SCREWS AND THE MATTRESS HAS SPRINGS COMMING THROUGH.....HAVE EMAILED AND TELEPHONED NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS.....HAVING READ OTHER REVUES I THINK TRADING STANDARDS NOW HAS TO LOOK AT THIS COMPANY ....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!

I would have given it 5 stars but they had not supplied the fittings that should hold the bases together even though they should have come with the delivery
