It was nice to work with a team that was smart looked at my assets had mix income and credit history and say of course we can do this deal. The rate was not that much higher than the conventional lender I was working with but the conventional lender I was working with came up with item after item and I could see it was never going to happen. Romy came in and within a short period managed to get the financing done and we closed early.
