Solid service. Would recommend to another

Avoid at all costs! I promise the low price reflects the terrible quality. Purchased a kitchen faucet in 2020, received in February 2021. I know that COVID and supply chain issues have delayed deliveries so I figured I’d still give the faucet a try.

The spray function stopped working within a couple of months. The ring around the bottom of the faucet snapped a few months after that.

Contacted customer service to inquire about their “lifetime warrantee” but, of course, no one ever answers.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They claim to have a LifeTime warranty, then when you reach out to them noone answers your emails/messages. There email also bounces back. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! A complete scam.

Should have a zero star rating. I ordered two identical faucets from them. One was faulty. Upon contacting the company I was told to send it back to them for a refund. I did and never heard from them again and emails to them are undeliverable. Totally a rip off.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I never received my item and I’m nearly £130 down. Even after sending many emails to find out where my item was or if it had been shipped, I didn’t hear a single thing. The worrying thing is the website and Instagram page looks so legitimate! Don’t be fooled. Do not buy from Build Modern Co.

I wholeheartedly agree with the bad reviews on here as they are almost identical to mine. Received the faucet in a reasonable time but has sadly gone down hill from there. The sensor has failed miserably but am not inclined to take it out as we didn't pay big bucks for just a tap.
I've emailed constantly for the last 3 months and I either get a computer response that my enquiry has been updated or nothing. I did get 1 email that suggested that they were sending a replacement but of course nothing. I also requested my money back and all I hear is crickets. I'm completely over it! Don't buy from this company, pay a bit extra and buy locally!!

I ordered a faucet and never received it. No email response. No phone number or address. THIS IS A SCAM. I filed fraudulent business charges today.

I've had the gold Signature Smart faucet from Build Modern Co for 8 months, here is my final verdict.

1. Looks great, until it doesn't. Within 3 weeks the gold finish had tarnished! With daily use and proper care (wiping down faucet after use and using the appropriate cleaners) I would have assumed this faucet would look great for a lifetime. Looks very cheap.

2. If you want to use the "tap to turn on" feature, the faucet handle must always be positioned "on". For some this isn't a big deal but I think it takes away from the clean lines of the faucet. The touch is very finicky so after a week we disconnected the feature.

3. The faucet is louder than most due to the aeration feature. Bothers me especially when washing dishes and all I hear is a hissing sound.

4. The gray hose which connects the faucet to the water line LEAKS. How it isn't waterproof boggles my mind. I've placed a bucket under the sink for the past 7 months and I have to empty the bucket 2-3 times a week. It's a hassle and also creates mold. We had this professionally installed and the leak has nothing to do with installation.

0 stars. Nothing has held up. Poor quality materials. I would NOT recommend this! Buy something from a well known brand. You really get what you pay for. I know that the company offers a lifetime warranty but for something to tarnish and leak within a month isn't worth the purchase. It is very shady that they would not accept my review, as you see they only have 5 star reviews on their site.

ORDERED A KITCHEN FAUCT AND HAVE NEVER HEARD WHERE OR WHEN IT WILL SHIP. WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORRECT PEOPLE TO INSURE I GET MY MONEY BACK. DONT PAY THE EXTRA 6 BUCKS FOR FASTER SHIP TIME. SAID 2-5 DAYS AND IT WILL BE SHIPPED WAS A COMPLETE LIE. NOT WORTH MY TIME OR MONEY.

Absolutely horrific. This company is unreliable and should not be trusted. Ordered a shower spa and two faucets for a bathroom remodel and have received no shipping confirmation, no responses to emails. They will steal your money. Planning to pursue options to get my money back and ensuring this company is appropriately reported if I do not receive my items.

this site is a scam! Never received the product we ordered and never heard back from multiple E-mails over weeks from the site. Don't buy here!

Ordered the spa shower system Tuesday the 23rd. Also paid extra Incase anything happened with shipping and extra for them to ship it sooner. From their website they made it seem like it would be shipped out ASAP. It’s been 8 days now and i haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation. Tried to email three times and nothing (needed for this upcoming weekend) it’s also sketchy at the fact they don’t have a phone number to reach them...just their email - THAT NO ONE ANSWERS but i see them below responding the other people who leave a review????? I sent another email saying don’t bother shipping and refund me. Their website says no refunds on discounted items but we will see - because they have no shipped or communicated on time

Their website also notifies on the page “so and so bought this faucet 10 minutes ago from so and so” and people are purchasing from this website but I’m pretty sure getting duped

We purchased a faucet in December of last year, and within a month the sprayer function stopped working, Initially, customer service responded that they were working on a replacement order, but have not responded to emails or website requests in over 1.5 months. Like many companies, this one is based in China so I was willing to give it extra time due to COVID, transport and shipping shortages, etc, but at this point I assume that it was wasted money.

I ordered from this company and still have not received the faucet. Have emailed them twice just to get an update on my order and have not heard a word from them. That is no way to run a business. Just update me. Do not order from this co. Sorry that I did.

Same experience as many others! Ordered a tap months ago and still haven’t received it! Have emailed and used their contact page on their website and heard nothing back! Do not order with this company!

I never received the order I made on 1 January 2021, three months ago. The support team answered until 23 february and then desappeared.
Don't trust this Company

Extremely bad experience. I ordered the product in November, after more than 4 months I didn't receive anything. I got in touch with the support multiple times and all I was getting was "we're working on the issue, there was delays due to the pandemic, and so on". As of March, 26th I still didn't receive anything. Do not buy here if you don't want to waste your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has essentially stolen from me. I ordered a tap over 2months ago which has not been shipped. They sent me another confirmation of order email last week. They never reply to emails. They are just a terrible company and I regret ever buying from them. I genuinely feel robbed. I have requested a refund many many times and no one has replied. I have never been so disappointed. Please avoid at all costs

Update April 5th: have not received any email from them for months.
