We are very pleased with the service from Pilates Connector. As they said, the order delivered within a week without any hassle. Previously we used some local service but despite being online marketplace they are very genuine and communication was too good.

Beware…
I have tried twice to leave an honest review directly on their site for the reformer I purchased and apparently if it’s not a glowing 4-5 star review they delete or block them from being posted. Which is probably why there are no reviews for the reformer I have because they would probably all be negative.

I ordered my Pilates reformer almost 2…
I ordered my Pilates reformer almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. It has been fully paid for, so I'm now paying interest on something I don't even have. I realize that times are strange with shipping items etc., but haven't heard anything from them since the last notification that it would be even later than expected. I've not been given any kind of time frame when I might receive it either. It's been a frustrating experience and it makes me nervous that I may never see my reformer despite already shelling out a substantial amount of money.

We appreciate the feedback. We value your opinion. We looked at your order and it looks like you purchased a “Pre-Sale” item. All Pre-Sale items are out of stock nationwide. The standard lead time for Pre-Sale reformers is 30-90 days. We offer our customers inclusive access to reformers beforehand to ensure they can get their machine before they hit the market. It looks like we also sent you a notification update because we’re keep on eye on your order.
Unfortunately Pilates Connector is not in control of the factory inventory time. However we make sure to be as transparent as possible with the information given to us. We will continue to keep you informed as we need the details.

Orders will start shipping out in June in the order they were received. We're disappointment to see a negative review. We highly value our customers satisfaction. We just reviewed your account file. It looks like you purchased a Pre-Sale item which you agreed to wait for. Shipping is in fact, 10-14 days. However all Pilates Reformers have a standard factory lead time which can vary from 1 week-12 weeks depending on the brand. Pre-sale orders can range from 30-90 days factory lead times. The Pilates Reformer for your order will be back in stock in 2-3 weeks.
We also noticed we've responded to all your inquiries within an hour of receiving them and also offers a special accessory order for you. Your opinion is important to us. Although we can not control factory lead times during the pandemic, please contact our customer support team on how we can improve your experience moving forward.
