My husband was struggling with energy after he had cancer treatment. He has a physical job and was exchausted everyday. We went to modex as he had used it before with success for cycling. I have not noticed much difference, but reading the comments, I didn't know that I had to have a loading dose of 100mL a day for 4 weeks. So I feel like I have wasted a bottle, doing 30mL when I should have been doing 100mL, given the expense of the product, it is a bit disappointing but I'm trusting of the science.

The cup was broken in transit, so I was lucky to have my own measuring cup.

The suggestion is to offer a glass or stronger BPA-free plastic measuring cup that is free with your first order and then can be brought again later if needed.

Otherwise, it tastes pretty good. I hope Modex can look at a calorie-free product that I can use in the morning with my intermittent fasting.

I will look at the loading dose and update the review in 4 weeks accordingly.

This product is awesome and the company are great to deal with. There was an issue with my first delivery, they took responsibility and shipped me out some more. Really great. The drink itself made me feel better more alert and training seemed easier. Especially running, running on top of the ground. Definitely recommend it.
