The flavour is good, the delivery is quick, the effect is well perhaps hard to really tell. But the science seems sound and it's for me it is worth the expense to keep using it for a bit longer and see if the effect seems to become stronger

After about 3 weeks I noticed a significant increase in my energy levels, my blood circulation had improved and I wasn’t getting that afternoon “brain fog” that I usually get. I found that I was also able to push a bit harder during my running training as well.

The biggest difference I have noticed with Modex is the rate at which I recover from hard training, and ability to back up again much quicker. I believe Modex has also assisted me staying healthy in general.

One of the modex drinks was not sealed properly ie the seal was punctured, so I didn't want to risk drinking it.

Jury is still out on whether it is working, keeping an open mind, taste is good, but the measuring cup which they send with the product was shattered upon arrival in post. Not a big deal, but contacted the company and not a word in reply. Then tried to contact through their online chat a couple weeks later and received a response hour later referring to the email but not actually responding to anything.

Again, far from a big deal but for the price of the product and with how tight things are these days, I would rather spend my money on products with better customer service.
