54 inch marble tulip table

Wow this is a beautiful table and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. It’s so sturdy and heavy the delivery driver thought it real marble. It seats 6 chairs comfortably and it really elevates our breakfast area. Delivery was fast and easy got the table within a week and packaging was heavy duty !

Horrible Delivery and return policy

we ordered two of the white tulip dining chairs. The box literally had holes in it, it looks like it was dropped out of a plane and taped back up 1 million times. I have never seen a delivery box in such poor shape. Of course there were piles of dirt inside, and the chairs were white and very dirty. I sent pictures of the very beat up box and the dirty chairs. About five emails later ( which is taking up my time to deal with this) they are telling me to package the chairs back up in the original box!!!! that would literally be impossible. It is all ripped up.
This is crazy, hopefully there is a space on this website to post photos. It would be impossible to reuse this box. Plus, I sent pictures of the dirty chairs and they still want me to deal with packaging it up and And bringing it to a shipping place that's crazy !! Horrible customer service. Would never order again. lastly, the customer service rep. I've been dealing with nose that we are stressed out because I told her we are in the middle of a move and I didn't have time to deal with all this, so this is the way they respond?

Red Flag

Very unprofessional team. We placed an order for a bed about a month ago and still product is not delivered. After so many messages finally I got their response that due to their vendor issue they are late in getting product ready on time. Post this message I have again asked for latest update but no response. Want to wait and watch for few days then I may take some forced measure against them. Delay is ok but to not to respond to customer is not ok.

Didn’t get my product or a refund.

Not the quality expected

I ordered the Tulip 40" Marble Dining Table & Chairs Set based on the rave 5 star reviews and was very disappointed in the quality of the chair pedestal bases. Customer service was responsive and tried to do the right thing offering replacement bases for the 4 chairs or a credit. I chose the replacements and got 4 new bases that were only marginally better quality than the originals. Now the offer of a credit is greatly reduced and I'm still stuck with something that looks like a child sculpted out of clay. I do not recommend purchasing from this company, there are plenty of other places to spend your money! I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 for at least trying to resolve the issues but I believe they are only publishing the best reviews or making them up themselves to look like a 5 star business!

Terrible experience and utter waste of time!

Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, once we paid the 60% advance and placed the order, the situation took a nosedive; we didn’t see any sort of progress. Despite assurances, we haven’t received the fabric catalogue even after waiting for three weeks!

Every time I reached out to Manohar for an update, there was always some excuse or the other. While a delay of a few days might be understandable, waiting three weeks just for the catalogue is unacceptable! I remained patient for the first two weeks, but last week, every time I asked for an update, Manohar promised to get back to me in five minutes, only to never follow through. This pattern continued without any progress, and I had to follow up and remind him every time, which was frustrating.

Towards the end of last week, he mentioned his carpenter being injured in the factory. If he really had to deal with something, he could have just communicated that, stating the situation and indicating that he wouldn’t be able to get back to me for 'x' days. We could have waited. But that is not the case. Instead, it's the same loop: 'Give me 5 minutes, I will get back to you,' and then not following through. It’s all been really frustrating to deal with; I wish I hadn’t gotten into this in the first place.

If you are genuinely interested in feedback and want to improve, I would suggest you own up to your mistakes and listen to your customers. Try to understand their perspective instead of just deflecting blame and defending your actions (in this case, the lack of any actions). Most customers are reasonable and will understand if you're facing difficulties. In our case, you simply took us for granted.

P.S. - Don’t send unwanted messages, delete them later, and block my number before I can respond to you. Try to be professional!

Great experience

Great experience. Found a coffee table I had been searching for on this site. I was able to apply a coupon code to get additional savings. The website is easy to navigate and the product was exactly as pictured. My coffee table arrived a day earlier than estimated and I had no issues with it.

Good quality and fast delivery

We purchased the triangle walnut coffee table and it is beautiful. We love how it adds to the mid-century modern look that we were going for. The order was processed promptly and the shipping was fast. Fed-Ex delivered it in rough shape but the inside packaging was solid. No damages. We would purchase from Modholic again.

Will not buy from this website again

We bought chairs that fell apart after about 6 months. They are poor quality. Rather than send a different style chair that appears to be sturdier (they cost less than our original purchase) they will only send replacements of the poor quality chairs they originally sent. They will most likely also break in a few months. Gave them 2 stars for at least replacing the crappy ones that are under warranty.

Ghosts that are stylish, not scary

I am happy with the furniture I purchased from Modholic. Everything looks great, and is comfortable too. The customer service is excellent. After getting a table with a dented base, I called and wrote to Modholic, and they quickly send me a new base. I also got a chair that had a small stain that I could not remove; Modholic sent me a new chair. My latest purchase of Ghost Chairs was a great deal, and the chairs look perfect in the spot I put them They are comfortable for small to medium sized people. I find that I sit with good posture in the chairs. They are not for extended relaxing, but work great for sitting and eating a meal, working at a table, or having a chat.

Love this table set!

The table and chairs came packed perfectly. The assembly was so easy and took very little time. The chairs are comfortable and they swivel. We absolutely love this set. Highly recommend this company.

Beautiful Fiberglass Tulip Table

I searched many websites and read many reviews and am so happy I discovered Modholic. I purchased a beautiful 36” fiberglass white tulip table. It was easy to put together and is a very high quality table. I contacted customer service concerning an issue and it was remedied very quickly. I would not hesitate to order from Modholic again.
