Customer service was exceptional

Working with Bella was great, from laying out the project design. The process was simple and our closet system was delivered on time without any issues. Our contractor installed the closet system without any significant issues, but you do have to have some patience. We are very happy with our new closet system and recommend Modular Closets.

Really wonderful quality closet! We needed some help putting it together because the directions weren’t that clear…but I was able to reach customer service, they were friendly and approachable, and we are so happy with the end result! It also arrived quickly! Highly recommend!

Great experience in reviewing product options and working with a designer to create specifications and layouts, then finalize pricing for ordering. Our designer was a great communicator, and was helpful every step of the way! Product delivered on a palate, with no damage. Product is substantial (read heavy), so having two people to install is a requirement. Assembly and installation was simple and straightforward. We love our new closets!

Customer Service was great!

The modular closet design app was very easy to use and everything measured out perfectly. Their support/sales team is very helpful and responsive. Delivery was prompt. Assembly and installation require some skill but very doable. Quality of the closet is very good.

From the outset our Modular Closet designer, Tom was very attentive to the details and helped us to adjust the plans as needed to fit our unique space. The closet system was well packaged and arrived undamaged. The system was well organized, well made and fairly easy to assemble. It helps to have a large open space when assembling. The packaging lists were very helpful when organizing and assembling. We did pay to have someone install them since we knew this would be the most challenging part- we used mainly the Vista system. We are so pleased with the outcome. Our closet is now a favorite spot.

Everything was “As advertised” Great looking, quality materials that was fun to put together. Took a while to understand the logistics but once the concept was understood, the rest went easy.

What makes the experience great?
Starts with the design services, a in person inactive video call. Our designer listen very carefully to or desired outcomes. And within an hour of drafting and redrafting our floor, we had a 3D color image. Once decided on a plan, the designer could pop up the estimate. No pressure sign- wait 24 hours if need.
Shipping was quicker than stated. All item carefully packaged. The closet was in my opinion large 8 towers with 10 drawers. Instructions were excellent, and as needed customer support response excellent.
Everyone we talked knew the Modular Closet product line. Lots of options. Hardware provided was of excellent quality.

I used Modular closets during a renovation of my master bath and closet five years ago. We just bought an older home and are renovating it too to bottom. One of the first things I did was contact Modular closets to help me make the most of these smaller closets that older homes have. I was lucky enough to get to work with Jerry, who helped with my first closet. He patiently guided me through the process of designing 3 closets.

Leah was always helpful and did an excellent job in designing our closet. It may appear tight and it is but it’s a store room and improved the amount of hanging and shelves. I liked the way she design hanging cloths on one side and shelves on the other. Very smart.

We ordered a closet system and explained upfront the delivery process of a flight of stairs. We were told all was taken care of and would be delivered. We had two different companies that would not deliver to our doorstep. Finally cancelled the order and received a refund.
Why was the order even accepted?
We only got someone to respond after an email from their VP of sales, Miller I believe was his name.

On time. Easy to install.

Everyone done everything to be sure that all went well.

Our design consultant Beth Dwek was awesome.. she took time to work with us and get us the best fit for our closet.
The delivery was a little rough, but she got us out the new parts ASAP.
I would recommend her to others!
