Our design consultant Beth Dwek was awesome.. she took time to work with us and get us the best fit for our closet.
The delivery was a little rough, but she got us out the new parts ASAP.
I would recommend her to others!

Beth, who I worked with I designing my closet as well as placing order, was awesome. She was very patient with me and quick to respond to different layout options, cost, etc.

As a remodeling company, we ordered a closet system from Modular Closets for a client, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. After agreeing to accept our original order as a return (minus shipping and a fee), they quickly invoiced and shipped the replacement. However, we received eight rods in the wrong finish. They quickly sent eight replacement rods in the correct finish, but only included three matching flanges. Customer support agreed to overnight the additional flanges, but sent only enough for three more rods, leaving us short two sets. I had to reach out yet again to get the remaining hardware.

Meanwhile, our original order sat in our garage for over a month while we struggled to get updates on the return. The shipping company eventually showed up to collect it without any prior notice. It has now been almost 3 weeks since the return was picked up, and we still have no refund or meaningful update. Customer support repeatedly ignores emails, and the only response we eventually receive is that the warehouse is closed and they'll have to get back to us.

This experience has wasted hours of our time and delayed our client's project. Between the repeated shipping errors, incomplete orders, poor communication, and lack of resolution on our refund, Modular Closets has been incredibly frustrating to work with. We would not recommend them to other remodeling professionals.

Excellent design assistance, rapid and convenient shipping/storage, immediate follow up and shipping of one missing part (i.e., great customer service), quality materials and instructions.

Modular Closets was at fantastic experience from start to finish. It started with my designer Shea who helped me shape my perfect closet. He was very professional and great to work with. Then he followed through with extras I decided on after my closet was built.
Shipping was great. The timing was good and the packaging was fantastic. Expect plenty of cardboard packaging, but it’s necessary to receive unbroken material. The product is quality and went together perfectly! My husband was very pleased with the ease of the construction.

The quality of the material, look of the product and service of the support given was all worth the price paid. Very happy with the easeof installation by myself and would consider buying more from MC.

Their statement of having the product and available to ship within 5-7 business days is inaccurate. Customer service stated it will be shipped on the 10th day, that has not been true. When I contacted to ask why, their office is closed midday on a Friday, the day they said it was going to be shipped. Go with another company to save your time and frustration.

The cabinets quality is very good and I was able to follow the instructions and build and install the cabinets myself. The support response was quick and helpful when I had a question.

Closet ordered wrong and no attempt to make it right. I even drew a floor plan so there was no mix up. I reached out several times with nothing more than we will get back to you. Was supposed to be 65 inches and somehow got ordered 99 inches. Made it work with steep discount to customer. I will warn all the clients and builders to stay far, far away.

Not as high quality as I had hoped for. Plus there were Missing pieces and tens of extra little pieces we did t need. Took over a week for company to send new pieces. At least they took responsibility and gave me a credit for the additional cost to have the handyman come back to finish the assembly.
