Received Sweat Towel from them witch I never ordered now they are asking me to pay for the requested return information but still getting asked to pay for them

Flower bird baths

I ordered 4 flower bird baths. The picture on the site showed a bird having a bath and looked quite large. When it arrived they were very small and there is no way a bird could drink out of it let alone have a bath.
Not even suitable for insects as there is no
Way they can have a drink without falling in.
I have found several dead already.
I complained to customers service who asked me to send photos which I have done. I have had no response.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Awefull service

Awefull service , same problem as someone else , ordered light fans , they didnt send the adapters i paid for , then tried to charge me more money for thier mistake , told them uk trading standard laws says i aint got to pay for return as they wanted more money , told them thier to pay never got a reply , just like all the others i then entered a battle to get my money back in the end the bank did , stay well clear , shocking service money grabbing gits

Shocking service

Shocking service , ordered an item before the end of may , now middle of June and it’s still not arrived. Doubt very much it ever will , tracking is still saying ‘ on its way ‘ and has been for a couple of weeks. Do not buy anything from this company if you can help it

Ordered the flower bird baths

Ordered the flower bird baths, when they arrived they were that small a bee would have struggled to fit in. Then they wouldn't give my money back without jumping through lots of hoops first. Opened a case with PayPal then they wouldn't give me my money back unless I closed my case. On going battle for three weeks now. BEE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS SITE.
