Mo Mo lifestyle has excellent customer service. I have been dealing. with them. For some time. They are very quick to respond and stand behind their products.

Feet for mat too tall

Love the stone mat itself but not loving the feet for it. They sit up too high allowing water splash from the sink to get under the stone. Since it’s just cheap plastic perhaps give a set of shorter feet so people can choose which suits them.

Regarding the nylon feet: their height is actually a very intentional design choice. We engineered them this way to ensure maximum airflow, which allows the stone to "breathe". This prevents mold or slime from forming underneath and actually helps your dishes dry even faster.

Product Damage / No Customer Contact

Had received the product damaged, and tried contacting both via email with images and phone number. No contact or any communication. Their automated message had stated they were on company break and return by January 7th; as of calling on January 16th, it still leads to no response. Have not been able to return or receive refund on the damaged product.

Update: I was able to have it settled as support contacted me after and resolved my issue! The product came intact and were kind to send a gift as well :)

i had never heard of the drying board…

i had never heard of the drying board until this Christmas when i received it as a gift. It is wonderful and is an asset in the kitchen! i have it next to the sink, and it is especially great for crystal glasses, which don't go in the dishwasher. the drying board sucks up the water so no spots!

Products scratch glass despite statements to the contrary

Multiple references to coasters being non scratch and expressly including glass in that statement on their website. These do scratch glass. The customer services person felt if helpful to explain what the Mohn scale is. I know what the Mohn scale is. I also know that a clear statement that the coasters will not scratch means they should not scratch glass. Tumbleweed since I emailed them back. I will be pursuing.

Summary: do not trust their website statement and if you have a glass coffee table (not unusual) then they will be scratched by these coasters. Assume the same for placemats, etc

For clarity, our website states that our coasters are made from natural materials that are softer than glass and therefore gentle under normal household use. This refers specifically to the material’s composition. As our customer service team explained, fine dust or mineral particles present in any home can create superficial marks on glass in rare cases, regardless of the item placed on it — which understandably can lead to confusion.

Following our conversation, we issued a full voluntary refund for your order inside Amazon and also offered a complimentary higher-value item, however we respect your desire not to receive any further products from Momo as stated. And, our UK team remains available should you wish to discuss anything further.

Awesome product and customer service.

While the bathmat arrived broken, it was replaced very quickly. I'm thrilled with the mat and will no longer have fuzzy, bacteria infested bath mats. Great product and even greater service.

After providing a photo or two of my warped mat, I received a replacement in the darker color within 2 weeks!!!
Original Review:
It absorbs water very well. That said, the color of the mat online was much darker than what arrived. Lighter colors show dirt more, so I wouldn't have ordered something off-white for the floor. The most serious complaint is that it warped after a month. It is currently lodged against the side of the tub to prevent it spinning like a top. For something designed to make the bathroom safer, the safety device shouldn't carry its own danger.
