Momz experience was better than I could have imagined. Gorgeous location, the best food and coming away with so much knowledge and better birthing experience. Took my yoga and breathing and mediation to another level. Was just what I needed. Lots of after support and materials too :) do it!

I joined Momz retreat in Mallorca this year and it was one of the best decisions during my pregnancy. It was well organised. Yoga classes and knowledge classes were super useful. The villa was beyond expectations. It is a very unique opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers and be fully concentrated on myself and my baby for few days.

Most amazing experience. The team really catered to all the needs as a pregnant woman… beautiful location, time to reflect, to connect, to learn and to celebrate this special journey. I can honestly say that I started to enjoy my pregnancy after this retreat and felt so better prepared for the birth. The birth preparation sessions were informative but what really helped me is how they addressed our fears as a collective group. Women coming together for women.
I’ve already recommended the retreat to three of my pregnant girlfriends and would come back again 100% for my next child.

I would definitely recommend MOMZ retreat to all future moms, be it their first time or not. I have had an amazing experience in terms of:
-Knowledge: Learnt a lot regarding the pregnancy, birth and postpartum Journey without having to go through the hustle of all the confusing information online ...etc.
-Friendships: met an amazing group of women, both the group of 10 women that attended the retreat same time as me as well as the organizers (Shireen, Maria ...etc).
-Sould & Body: Last but not least, it was an amazing nourishment for my soul & body, during a much needed period of time. The food, the yoga, the visualizations have all done wonders to me; I have left feeling 100 times better than when I got there!

I highly highly recommend... It's very much worth it :)

I unfortunately had to cancel my trip after the refund deadline due to a big bleed, followed by the discovery of a subchorionic hematoma. Momz offered ZERO flexibility on their refund policy, no willingness to issue a partial refund after backing out sunk costs. I would not recommend booking this retreat if you have to travel to their location. I’m in the process of fighting with my credit card company for a refund and am hopeful it gets resolved.

In any event - yes, they make their refund policy clear, but, to be met with such lack of compassion during a really stressful and scary time has left such a sour taste in my mouth for this company.

The mom’z solo baby moon retreat is unlike any other experience out there. Shirin, Maria and Amber take the time to plan out the schedule to include activities, yoga, and meditation to make the experience focused on bonding with your baby and with the fellow moms on the retreat. Also, the knowledge sessions of the retreat were so informative! The food prepared by the private chef was out of this world - always healthy and fresh, with different tastes. I would recommend this retreat to anyone who is expecting a baby; I learned things about myself and was able to let go of fears that I otherwise would have carried with me. Thank you, mom’z!!

Attending Mom’z retreat has transformed all my fears of pregnancy, into a very beautiful journey . This retreat provided me so many useful information and experience, and made this great transition to motherhood as sweet and spiritual as possible.

I’ve been on a lot of retreats in my life- specifically yoga retreats. Momz is the most well run and fulfilling one I’ve been on. Shirin, Maria and Amber are an amazing team that truly want to make your experience as beautiful as possible. The food is tasty and healthy (which is a hard combo to achieve). The villa in Barcelona is magical. You feel like you are in a movie scene. Most of all it’s a chance to bond with yourself and your baby in an environment that encourages that bond.
I highly recommend trying momz out! Money comes and goes but memories stay forever :)

Mom'z is tailored to pregnancy and its really nice to be around like-minded women. I also really appreciated all of the resources shared beyond the retreat. The dinners and thoughtful touches were a highlight!

The whole program was so thoughtfully put together, all the small details were considered and we were all so well looked after. I was able to completely relax and enjoy every single moment. The education sessions were excellent, as were all the other activities. I really appreciate the detail of effort and support network that has been created. Thank you Shirin, Maria, all the special guest teachers and the staff at the hotel for making this experience so special.

, everything was perfect! Shirin the founder and Maria the community manager were so kind and made everyone feel so welcomed and safe! Even when I needed to see a doctor, they organized to drive me to the next hospital and get checked without any complaints! This experience should be a must do for every mom-to-be’s :) I learned a lot and enjoyed every second! Thank you for this experience!

I had one of the best time of my life, it was very relaxing for me and the food was amazing. I love the pictures from the retreat, oh the massage is a must mention and the amazing women I connected with, kudos to Shirin and Maria for taking good care of me.

A must, whether you are first time or second+ time mom to be. Everything from the gorgeous location, to the activities/agenda, food and support before/during/after the retreat is amazing and so well curated. You get plenty of time for yourself, but also to share and be part of a community that completely understands you. I loved my time there and would repeat without a doubt.

MOMZ helped me to find my way mentally from my busy everyday life into pregnancy. The whole retreat was super professionally organized and we women were really spoiled. It was a perfect mix of relaxation, me time and excellent practice sessions. Shirin and her team look after each pregnant woman individually and ensure an absolute feel-good atmosphere in the group. The participants came from many different countries (USA, South America, Scandinavia, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, etc.). It was a valuable exchange across different cultures. Thank you for that.

The Mom’z retreat was a life changing experience for me. I felt like many of the mama’z came in with a burden, question, concern, etc but left the retreat feeling completely free— feeling more positive and able to focus on the joy of being pregnant. Being around 12 other strong and pregnant ladies gave off an energy that I’ve never experienced before and one that filled my cup. I recommend this retreat to all mama’z —whether it’s your first pregnancy, second, or third, this retreat is a must for your body and your soul.

The organizers have done a great job at creating a programme that works for a group of pregnant moms (to be) while adding a lot of personal attention and tailoring to meet individual needs. Moreover great group of participants, delicious and wholesome food and just loads of fun overall!

An unforgettable, powerful experience tapping into our own strength and sense of the feminine to slow down and prepare for this next chapter with support and knowledge. My key takeaways were about fostering community and tapping into inner wisdom, about taking care of ourselves so we can take care of others and about kindness and mindfulness.
