mom'z runs the Solo Babymoon: a five-day residential pregnancy retreat in private estates, currently in Spain, Portugal and the UK. Women attend on their own, joining a group of 15. The days hold birth preparation led by childbirth educators, prenatal movement, massages, pampering, mindfulness activities, and food cooked for pregnancy by a specialist nutritionist. Everything is included except flights. Founded in 2023 by childbirth educator Shirin Fardi with the support of midwives, OB-GYNs and wellness leaders.

Best pregnancy experience
Transformative in the most positive way possible! I definitely managed to connect with my pregnancy and my baby more than ever before. I solved a lot of internal anxieties through all the learning sessions, conversations with Shirin and the other moms. This was so perfect that it still feels unreal. Thank you for the most incredible week of my pregnancy journey!

Amazing experience!!! Would recommend to any expecting mum. It was way more than what I had expected. A safe space to speak and share fears but also where exceptional friendship were built and super relaxing and fun moments were shared. I miss my babymoon right now :)

Would do it again!
First time mom-to-be due on January 2024 and I was so nervous about a lot of things. Anticipating all the changes after giving birth like with work, personal relations and myself, most importantly. I’m not sure how it happened, but I stumbled upon Momz. I reached out to them asking if there were still slots and luckily I was able to join the October retreat in Alicante, Spain. The retreat is designed specifically for moms-to-be with activities that are well thought of. We would have morning yoga sessions to ease in through the day, share healthy and tasty food, learn about birthing, meditation moments, massages and allocated free time to just hang out with amazing mommas. I’m lucky to have been able to partake in the experience. All future moms-to-be need this. You’ll learn a lot, reconnect with yourself, your baby and appreciate the next phase of your life with your little one. I’ve made life long friends from this experience and will forever be grateful! Thank you Shirin and Maria :)

I am totally blown away and my brain…
I am totally blown away and my brain still struggles to process how unreal and beautiful this retreat was. Everything was absolutely perfect and up to the highest standards. The intention behind this retreat, the chef throwing her passion into every single meal, mom'z team being so supportive, loving, and helpful, and of course all these powerhouse mamas-to-be are just touching my heart so deeply. A truly life-changing experience.
