Mondae Avis 

The medication did not work. There was no appetite control whatsoever. I had to go back to a different company to get Trizepatide that worked for me. It was like I injected water.

I have had nothing but a positive experience through Ezra now Mondae. I've been with them for about 3 months now. They get my refills to me super quickly & anytime I need support Paula is right there to guide me. I'm grateful that I have a locked in price that's affordable to help me with not only weight loss but to support my PCOS, & Sleep Apnea. Insurance did nothing but constantly give me a hard time but Mondae made it so I could not only get healthier but look & feel beautiful within myself. I'm so grateful!! Please give them a try!! <3

I had an issue with my order and Paula was extremely helpful in getting everything worked out. I am very pleased with Ezra/Mondae's Customer Service and Items ordered. I have been a customer with them for 3 months, I tried other sources for this Rx and the other companies do not compare to Mondae. Thank you Paula!

Great service… no extra fees and prompt response

It's taking for ever to ship. Soon it will be 2 weeks.

It’s clear that more than just a name change from Ezra to Mondae has taken place at this company.

I used Ezra for two months prior before the name change. While my prescription seemed a bit less effective the difference in price I was paying made it tolerable because at least at that time it was still working.

Since the name change, it took this company eight days to even tell me that the pharmacy had a delay with my prescription. It took me pushing the issue with repeated emails before they told me that now their Pharmacy cannot use the additive B12 in my prescription. Being already frustrated and the fact that they would not give me a full refund I very reluctantly agreed to continue with this month prescription.

After being given repeated false information by customer support team member, Sergio my prescription arrived.

I am extremely disappointed as the prescription I was given, has absolutely no appetite suppressant or reduction of food noise whatsoever despite being the exact same as my previous prescription from “Ezra”. Clearly this is a completely different compound formula.

Even after multiple days delay, and obviously very poor quality product and refusal from customer service team member Sergio to give me any managerial or supervisor contact information, or even corporate information contact, insisting that his customer service manager position was as high as contact information there was to be had.

I would say not to waste your time or money with this company as unfortunately, it has just turned into another scam business showing zero accountability, zero basic customer service skills, and an absolute worthless product.

I will be escalating this issue through other avenues in hopes of getting something resolved.

I have been a client of theirs for about 3 months and any questions or "issues" I have had, they have been able to resolve them immediately. I also recently got a refund i wasnt expecting because of a minor mistake on their part. They were also extremely accommodating sending my meds to a different state/address when I had to be out of my home state for a month. I definely had some reserves at first signing up and all communication being done by messages or emails, but honestly, it works! The great team they have makes it work! Everyone has been very nice and definely seem like they care!

I lost 5 pounds the first month. I only lost 2-3 pounds the 2nd month and another 2 pounds the 3rd month and nothing on the 4th month. My medicine comes from Revive pharmacy and was not chilled at all on 2 of my shipments. I asked to change pharmacies and was told I’d have to cancel my current subscription and do a new intake and my price would probably go up from my current deal.

Even though I had told them I was on 7.5mg they sent me a prescription of 3mg!! I stopped buying from them for a couple months due to the dr and staff not listening. Anytime I said I needed to titrate up they didn’t listen so I went elsewhere well I came back and specified I was on 7.5mg and if they can do something about the 3mg they sent and they basically told me sorry about you luck that’s just how we operate.

My experience with Mondae has always been exceptional. I also love the fact that I can choose my pharmacy.

I have spent over $300.00 and have gotten nothing in return. They refuse to return my request to find out when they are going to fill the prescription.

I paid for my order 14 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped and I cannot reach anyone to find out why it is delayed.

Be careful doing business with this company. I had a shipment of GLP meds that had to be discarded due to prolonged exposue to 120 degree heat during shipping.
Despite several requests the company refused to make it right and then cancelled me as a customer. There are better, more honorable providers, out there.

I had an issue and had to cancel an order last minute due to going out of town urgently. Valeria helped me with contacting the pharmacy and canceling the order. I’ll definitely resume after I get back in town. I’m so glad they were able to respond quickly and handle this with ease. I was so stressed, but Valeria was professional and kind which helped me relax a little. I’ve had to contact support for companies like this before and they usually take a while to respond and aren’t always helpful. I’m very happy with this company!
