I was given a 3-month subscription as a…
I was given a 3-month subscription as a gift. While I enjoyed receiving it each month there were issues with each of the 3 recipes I received. This was either key details missing (e.g. when making cinnamon rolls it do not explain which way to roll the dough and so I did it the wrong way) or that were not entirely clear within the recipes, or the incorrect amount of ingredients included (for a celebration sponge a very small amount of jam was included which was supposed to cover three layers). The box also did not come with the recipe included within it - instead it had a QR code I had to scan to access the recipe. I found this unhelpful (for one I did not have a QR scanner on my phone) and I find it far more difficult to follow a recipe from a phone than from a book/recipe card. Considering the cost of the gift subscription I do not think including a recipe card is too much to ask. There is definite room for improvement in my opinion - the point of a recipe is that if you follow it to the letter you should not be able to go wrong/there should be nothing unclear, and this was not achieved by the recipes I experienced. Another recipe - a chocolate ganache tart was far too salty - to the point where we could not eat it (and I did not even add all the salt they provided!).

Great Donut kit from Mon Dessert
I got the donut making kit from Mon Dessert and it was just amazing! The concept is great, as comes with everything you need! It contained all the ingredients labelled in sachets and a silicone mould and piping bag for the donuts. It was so easy and quick to do but most of all the donuts tasted insane! They were so soft and delicious and went down a treat for the whole family! I would definitely order another dessert making kit and I think they also make a great gift too! I would definitely recommend Mon dessert

So far, not great (not based on dessert quality).
I can't yet review the quality of the food/desserts so I will update but my experience so far is based on the service provided.
I received a 3month subscriptuon as a gift from friends. After emailing, they confirmed the boxes wouldn't typically fit through the letter box so I asked for my first box to arrive in May and they confirmed this.
To my (unhappy) surpruse, the box arrived in April (luckily 5hrs before I was due to go on holiday). However the box arrived damaged with one of the purees having leaked over all the rest of the contents. I contacted CS and they informed me they'd sent a return label for me to send it back (not sure why you'd want damaged products back but not for me to argue!). However the postage label never arrived. I also asked why my box was sent a month earlier and no explanation was given. They agreed to still provide 3 boxes starting in May so I'm not at any disadvantage.
If the box hadn't arrived damaged, I'd probably have given them 3-4stars, but it was a combination of errors and poor communication that so far gives them 2 stars.

Second improvisation coming up!
My second delivery and I have different problems this time. I thought I was receiving the ingredients and instructions for a cream egg. Instead I have the instructions and ingredients for an Easter bunny flan but the mould is for the egg. So I’m having to improvise for the second time.

The presentation of the box I received was beautiful. The ingredients high quality but the concept of the Easter egg dessert I'm not sure about. It really needed to be for 4 plus people as it was very sickly, a chocolate egg full of creamy mixture which really didn't keep overnight very well (appearance). Absolutely top quality ingredients....can't wait till next box which hopefully will be more practical. Instructions easily understandable so don't hesitate to join!

Great product…minor challenges experienced
If I’m honest here is my experience so far; having ordered for two different occasions:
1. This first order didn’t arrive when expected and part of the product inside the box broke open. The response from the team was good with a suggestion to substitute but something I would need to get. Luckily I had some on hand so I was able to complete the bake.
2. The second time was for Easter ordering 3 things:
A. Chocolate Egg, Easter Crème Tarte, and Cinnamon rolls
— for the chocolate egg I did not receive the equipment or the recipe card in the box
—> the team responded with a refund as emailed the link to the recipe. All worked out but wasn’t able to make the egg for Easter Sunday
My other comment to help improve would be to have the ingredients and weight per bag so customers can repeat them on their own. Right now we would need to repurchase.
