Best prices
Responsive, efficient, and respectful, but the reason I keep coming back is because Monex beats every companies prices from large to small mom and pop coin shops.

Well....
Well..... Once I went through the initial learning curve in getting my account set up and funding it ect, its pretty straight forward.
The wait time from when I mailed my shipment (I was selling to you) to when the funds were wired to me was really disappointing. Took like 3 weeks? Can't remember now.
So the initial selling to you set up was some what frustrating.
The second sell to you shipment was what I expected. USPS plus the MONEX intake seems to be the bottle neck in the selling process. But I knew that was what was going to happen so it is what it is. Not sure how you could make it any faster.
The recent purchases went smoothly, so looking good there.
Over all I would recommend MONEX to anyone looking to buy or sell PM.
My Rep RJ and the staff were usually available to take my calls. I appreciated that.
