Pricey travel insurance
Very good company to deal with. Very good customer service. Easy to take out travel insurance over the phone. I purchased the policy with them but thought it was a bit pricey. So immediately afterwards I went online to a comparison site and found a higher level of cover (5 star defacto rated) for less than half of the price that ASDA quoted, so I cancelled the ASDA insurance within the 14 days cooling off period and got my insurance much cheaper elsewhere.

Customer Service Lets The Credit Card Down
If you shop at Asda, the credit card is a great way to earn additional Asda Rewards points. We use it for everything and the points add up quickly.
When everything is fine it's great, but customer service really lets them down.
We have had our cards blocked for suspect transactions a few times, which is fair enough but speaking to a coherant human to sort out the issue is incredibly challenging.
The chat is just AI, and the humans are only available 9 - 5 during the week, which is rubbish for a call centre. If you work shifts etc, this can be incredibly frustrating. I was without a card for days.
When you do speak to someone, it's just a script and they can't hide their boredom.
