Literally been unable to use my credit…
Literally been unable to use my credit card since before 19th april 2026, spoke to Customer service in the app on the 20th to ask why and they just said its gone to a specialist team for review 24 days later and ghosted literally nothing no response, still no access to my account still no answers its shocking its disgusting ive been left without any knowledge for weeks as to whats actually up with my account, no one has tried to email me contact me or send a letter either, i Rate asda Money at the absolute bottom of the pile due to this current unresolved situation

BEWARE OF Asda OVER 50'S INSURANCE SCAM.
My elderly father has been paying £26.00 per month since 2009 on an Asda money over 50s Life Insurance policy. LV insurance somehow deal with existing customers . I called them to change his address and check the amount payable on death. They told me the amount would be £2044. He has paid in over £5000. (16 years) and still paying. This is for funeral costs. You cannot cash this in and if you stop paying he gets nothing. I am in the process of taking this to the media and financial ombudsman. Anyone else in the same position then I welcome any advice. He may as well have used loan sharks. They are profiting from vulnerable, elderly people. Scandalous Predators.

Not very easy and lack of information
It was an ok process but it wasn't clear that money had been out my account. I had to wait 24 hours to make sure my first attempt didn't work. Your chat bot help was useless and I kept losing the chat person when I eventually got to a real person. It would be better if I could just speak to someone and not use a text chat system. If this doesn't change I will probably not use your service again.
I also don't know when my £15 will be added to my asda rewards. No acknowledgement of this.
