Popped in on Saturday to get a new outfit for my daughters 1st birthday. The lady working here was very helpful despite being on her own, and the shop being busy she managed to look after everyone.

Little gem
What a find this gem of a shop is. The store itself is so cool and the customer service is second to none. If they haven't got it in stock they'll get it for you. Was very impressed. Well done Monks clothing team

Quality and pricing of clothing and customer experience excellant
I came across this shop a couple of months ago and was truly impressed by the clothes and shoes on offer and the prices. Add to this the friendliness and the knowledge of the staff about the product - a great customer experience.
I will certainly become a regular customer.

One very smart husband!
When you have a husband that is not the atypical standard British male (19in neck, 34in waist, with a few muscles thrown in for good measure), finding somewhere to shop for good quality clothing can prove difficult - a big problem now solved thanks to monks clothing!! The staff goes above and beyond, with a professional attitude that goes the extra mile!

Unique
A unique shop that offers hard to find brands. The shop obtains, few limited sizes, however I don't see this as a negative as it gives me the chance to get something none of my mates have.
Cool/relaxed feel to the shop too.

Great to have a local shop in the area that sell the brands and quality of clothes and shoes that these guys do. Have been in three times now and always received a great, friendly service and wide range of excellent products, not to mention value for money. A more than welcome addition to shopping in West Malling!
