First, I deposited with a credit card and the system let me. When I tried to withdraw my money and about $189 in winnings, the withdrawal went back into my account as “pending verification.” I asked if, instead of verifying, I could just close my account and receive a check for my money. They said they would get back to me.

They then closed my Bally’s account, not my Monopoly account. At that point I was getting very frustrated. Instead, I sent in verification for my Monopoly account. That went through, and they told me they would close the account once I withdrew to the account I deposited from. First of all, I never asked for the account to be closed since I had over $200 in bonus money. However, I was so tired of dealing with them that I decided I was ready to cash out.

The problem is, I deposited with my credit card, so I couldn’t withdraw to it. I chatted with several different customer service reps (sometimes waiting as long as 45 minutes) and asked if I could withdraw to my ACH account. They said I could, so I did. Two days later, I got an email saying I had to withdraw from the same bank I deposited with. But I deposited with a credit card! They should never have allowed me to deposit that way if they weren’t going to allow withdrawals to it.

I called my bank and disputed my three deposits. I also emailed PA Monopoly, explaining that I would not waste any more time with them, that their customer service was poor, and that every rep acted like they were starting from scratch instead of reviewing my full history. I also told them I didn’t care about the winnings — I just wanted my deposit money back.

Today, I got an email saying they received the chargebacks from my credit card and were closing my account until resolution. I wasted hours of my life on this. I’m just glad I was able to tie up the deposit money through my bank, which I should get back. Terrible — just terrible customer service.

I wish I could leave a no star review but I can’t but this bunch of scammers are absolutely disgusting, deposited money and then had a win, withdrew my winnings and then boom my account is closed down!!!! Please do not play here if you value money!!! I now need to go through absolute hell to try and get my money from these scammers! How they are allowed to operate is beyond me!!!!!

After my initial $100 deposit, the very first game I played betting a small $2 bet won over $400. That was the hook. After that, it just kept taking and taking. I ended up loosing $2,200 in a matter of a few hours. Big time scam, especially when you up your bet amounts. Any bonus you get, expect the bare minimum payout. Don't know how so many saying banking doesn't work, never had a problem with that. Mostly just lose connection! But I have both deposited and withdrawn. Although looking at reviews most banking issues seem to be in u.s. No BIG wins yet though.

Absolute joke. No idea how they’ve gotten regulated here in Canada. ZERO customer support. I have not been able to withdraw for almost two weeks now and am being told someone will help me in a constant loop of nothing ever happening. I wouldn’t bother with this site if they don’t even care to help. They literally won’t let me withdraw, I’m fully verified nothing wrong on my side. There system is not good and will not let me add or change my payment method so I cannot withdraw. Horrid customer service. I put a budget on my account of £30 a week due to lack of impulse control because of BPD and ADHD. They let me go WAY over this and when I contacted them, they gave me a lame excuse. I told them I am vulnerable because of neurodivergency and they didn't give a damn. All they care about is making money, even when you try to put a limit on your account. Since I confronted them, they have closed down my account and all other bingo sites associated with them have closed my accounts too. This is disgusting.
