Salone was AWESOME! Super helpful and tried hard to help us with a short-notice trip. The staff have always been so nice to talk to...our only trick is that we still haven't been able to book a vacation from our package due to the availability of rooms.
Katie P. gave me the most amazing experience with my reservation as she displayed an impeccable service and patience. I look forward to another opportunity to share my experience.

Absolute trash. They charge me $800 to buy a vacation package And every time I go to use the vacation package, I have to pay more than $800 to stay at the hotel. There was no point in buying a package in the first place. This is a total baiting switch. They literally should be sued shut down in companies like this shouldn’t even be able to exist in America.
I want to thank Tino again for spending time on clarifying our vacation package, and booking our cruise. Tino helped us out tremendously. Also, cleared up our doubts and scepticism about Monster Reservations Group. Very professional and straightforward when answering our questions.

Somehow got my number and *67'd me after blocking 20 calls.
Finally heard the guy out, just for him to try an convince me I have "an expiring deposit from 2 years ago"

Decided not to travel and forego my package purchased earlier (really had no option anfter spending 45 min on the phone and learning the resort mentioned early in the call suddenly turned into a DoubleTree…) Absolutely horrible experience. My advice is to stay away!! Don’t buy these scams on Facebook!!
Worked with Jamie in guest services who absolutely went above and beyond to try to help us. We had an issue with our reservation completely outside of anyone’s control and Jamie was extremely kind and sympathetic. She went above and beyond to help and although she wasn’t able to resolve this particular issue, she made sure we were taken care of for future vacations. We have always had positive experiences with Monster representatives and Jamie’s friendly and empathetic demeanor met and exceeded the customer service expectation we have come to know with Monster. We will continue using Monster in the future because if representatives like Jamie.
