Absolutely do not book with them , the moment I purchased my package I was immediately being being upselled other packages rather than the one I purchased . Before buying this package, I made sure to the fine print And it said nothing about no refunds So I was pleased to actually buy the package once I actually tried to book if someone instead of trying to book the actual package, they were trying to sell me even more packages or other packages that can’t Compare to what I purchase I could do not with that first day of me purchasing a package I spoke to at least five different people The fifth one being the higher up and when I tell you, this man is absolutely rude and disgusting I kept telling him that the only package of the one that I purchased, and he kept trying to push on even more even going as far as trying to give a discount in order for me to purchase the package instead of focusing on the one that I already purchased once I told him no, and I was still trying to book the actual package that I purchased. I got hung up on. I got hung up on at least five times that day so I said you know what I’m going to request a refund. Everyone here is absolutely disgusting and it’s just trying to sell me even more things that I did not request for. I made the purchase April 30, 2026. I called today Wednesday may 6 to get a refund I was ignored on the phone and the guy the. Tried to tell me I never spoke to anyone literally trying to call me crazy 🤦🏾♀️ I have literal call logs and emails . Once I said I want a refund all of a sudden there is not refund how ironic huh ? Then literally after saying that tryed to still sell me the package and more 🤣 this is absolutely crazy I just told the guy I’ll be calling my bank you guys a scam I hung up and started getting calls back soo if you are thinking of booking pleaseeeee don’t this was supposed to be a trip to Cancun for my 28th birthday Sept 9 I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed I fell for this scam no one has customer service they will talk to nice but once you say your not interested in what they are trying to upsell you they hang up … doooooo not book

Customer service very helpful and great about answering questions. I spoke with Everett Wright and wanted to speak with him in the future being that he was helpful plus patient with me in the process. I haven’t actually booked yet, but hopefully booking a trip will be met with such ease as well

Rolanda was a rock star in talking us through some circumstances that we thought were going to be a huge issue. So glad she handled our call. The trip was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anaheim, CA. She is an outstanding asset to the company.

Ashley Saintigene is the best. She took care of me and all my past trips. She opened them up and made them not expire. We laughed and enjoyed conversation as she talked over all my bookings and added 2 extra. She will be my go to when I do my future bookings.

Malik C was my representative. Helpful and straightforward on seeing my booking request and finalizing it over the phone. Wasn't aware it wasn't fully booked until the call but Malik helped me out. They also pushed a reservation protection package that I declined. Confirmed CC info, dates, location, and expected fees at our booking.

Say, "No!" Hang up. These are the last people you EVER want to deal with. You'll pay the $1000. Then in a few weeks they will call back to "upgrade" you ... for yet another $1000. You do that. And then in a few weeks they will call back and want to further "upgrade" your package. Then you will start getting charges on your credit card for things you never authorized. Or, at least you didn't REALIZE that you authorized it.

I had an outstanding experience with Ashley Graham, and I truly cannot thank her enough. After spending two frustrating days dealing with other agents who refused to assist with my issue involving Monster, Ashley stepped in and completely turned things around.
Because of the delays, I ended up having to book flights later than planned, which made them more expensive—but Ashley handled my situation with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. She listened, took ownership, and resolved what no one else would.
Ashley, your dedication to providing excellent service truly shows. You went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. You are exactly what customer service should be—efficient, empathetic, and solution-driven.

Monster Reservations Group, LLC is unfortunately living up to its name — my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. The representatives were not upfront or transparent about the true costs and requirements of the trip. They provided limited information at the beginning just to secure a commitment, only to reveal additional charges after receiving the first payment. This pattern felt deceptive and misleading. I would strongly caution others to be extremely careful when dealing with this company.
This is my second bad review - Booksi did call to try and get me to change my review but when I said I paid about $1000 in packages thinking that is all i would have to spend and then after I declined the $20000 timeshare package my availability of places to stay was supposed to open up. Well it never did and then if it did I would have to spend another $1400 - I can get airbnbs cheaper and less headache.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! This company uses fraudulent practices to trick you into thinking you are getting a great vacation package and you aren't. You have to go to a 2 hour timeshare meeting. (Which i was aware of) BUT claim that you pay extra when in fact ypu do not receive all inclusive according to their small print. They show you a beautiful resort which they give you the worst room category, several items such as mini bar and rrom service are not included. Oh, they will not give you a refund EVER! There is so many videos on YouTube of their shady buisness practices. I should have done my research before ever giving them one penny. It's less than 24 hours and I am entitled to a refund by law! I hope nobody else makes this same mistake.
Received a free 8 day 7 night trip because I caught a sales rep overexaggerating (lying) let's say when I booked a trip a year ago. The manager provided me with this complimentary freebie to make up for the headaches. Now I call to book and a resort they offer me requires a Time Share presentation although my free offer is presentation free. If I don't do the time share viewing, then its $600 + more. So in reality they only want you to go to the timeshare places and the letters are a complete scam. Manager stated they have different allocated slots which is quite obvious that if you want a non-timeshare go elsewhere.
