This is awful and completely unfair
This is awful and completely unfair, you are asked for your bank details for verification purposes, then i see a payment of £29.50 leaves my bank, when i called i was advised i didn't read the terms and conditions ? Maybe because they weren't visually available, i may a point of looking for this as something similar has happened before, if the company is so professionally correct why is the only good review they have is due a successful refund.

Absolutely disgusting, woke up today to find out that £29.50 has been taken from my bank account. I tried calling, the number isn't valid. A joke! Preying on people that don't have loads of money.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, take money out of desperate peoples accounts and when you call them they simply tell you, you are over your 14 day cooling off period and will not be refunded. There are absolutely obnoxious when you call them and put the phone down on you. Bank won’t refund you either as they say it was authorised? Never authorised anything!!!! Absolute scum!!!
Beware monster savings will flag your review as not being genuine and try to have it removed, knowing people can’t send any documentation or reference as this information is none existent.
As for your reply saying you have messaged me regarding a refund, yet another lie. Sooner the FCA shut you down the better. Despicable!!!!

UPDATE-like all the other people on here I’ve had a message saying they have private messaged me to get a refund……no message exsists………how do they get away with it,also they have asked trust pilot for more info like a ref number…..but why would I have one if I’ve never signed upto anything??? I had £29.50 taken from my account after applying for a loan, i had a .14p fee taken from my account to verify me but as far as i was aware this was for a loan not this savings thing, i never got told of any further fee that would be taken from my account no confirmation no nothing, it’s a joke complete scam in my eyes taking money from people who need it with no warning or no confirmation

This is a scam taking money from vunerable
Private message sent where exactly as you don't have my details and you can't message on this service. Please do not trust this company I've called and emailed them and get no response.
This is a scam. No where have I had any correspondence from this company regarding them taking payments from my bank account or anything to say im sing a service provided by them. I've not used this company nor do I ever plan too. This is fraud taking money from vulnerable people without notifying them. I would advise to completely avoid. I will be sending complaints to the company as well as the fsa.

I tried applying for a loan . I’ve been charged 14 pence to verify my account and on the next day I’ve been charged £29.50 for some subscription but it wasn’t saying anything about it when I was applying . I want to cancel that subscription if it exists somewhere, as I didn’t agree for it and I want all my money back. I’m really sick and tired of scams.

I applied for a loan exactly the same as everyone else. 14 pence was taken our of my account and then a payment went out of my account for 29.50 . I received no emails to say that Ive signed up for an online shopping savings subscription. How are you supposed to use something that you don't even know you have. I don't think they even want people to use it because if they did they wouldn't be so sneaky. They keep saying you must have ticked the box to sign up so how come nobody even knows they've signed up for it. Terrible no you haven't private messaged me . You've contacted trust pilot and tried to get my review removed saying that I'm a fake customer. Unbelievable behaviour. Do not trust this company.if this has happened to you ring your bank and get your money back. Do not let this company steal of vulnerable people.
