I never signed up for their service but the company tried to charge my credit card twice. Credit card declined both times fortunately. Scammers!

Hi John, all VPN's will slow your connection down slightly, however if you are having a large drop in speed then I would suggest getting in touch with our support team via the website and they can look into it for you.
When it works
When it works, it's good but connecting and getting a decent speed is very hit and miss. Sometimes my connection even grinds to a halt but, as I stated, when it works it does a decent job.

Hi Marc, unfortunately this is usually down to your provider blocking VPN's rather than the VPN itself. I cannot see any support requests, however if you want to send a message over to our support team via the website, we can check and see if the provider is known to block VPN connections.

There is a bug with new android boxes
There is a bug with new android boxes whereby a permanent prompt comes up on the screen when viewing. This was highlighted on the first day of purchasing last week, still not resolved

Hi Darren, I’m sorry you weren’t able to watch this. Did you connect to any of the Manchester servers? These are the ones we constantly monitor to ensure UK TV is available all the time. Sometimes the London servers get picked up as VPN’s, however we ensure the Manchester servers are working 24/7.

Hi Tom, as stated on the homepage and the pricing page before you sign up, you receive a welcome email with your password for logging into the VPN. Unfortunately I was not able to see any support requests regarding this. I can see you were entering a password nearly double the length of the password sent in your welcome email, so that is the reason you could not log in. Please feel free to sign up for a trial again and use the password from your welcome email and you will be able to log in without any problems.

Have to say that whilst i had an issue the resolution and manner in which they resolved was above and beyond.
