i couldn't recommend Stephen & his team any higher , having going through many companies for a quote my goal was to ensure i was satisfied with a company i could TRUST and would service us well . Stephen`s approach from the point of sale was professional but his passion and assurances and patience with myself and my wife was first class , once the price was agreed the real test was delivering his assurances to which i cannot heap praise enough on his install team who were timely efficient and clean, Stephens after-sales was an addition that i didn't expect, his desire to display a good job done was exceptional and wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend Monteith windows and doors again

After an attempted break in to our property we invested in new porch doors. Stephen was a great help from start to finish.

He provided everything I required for claiming my insurance in a quick and efficient manner.

Communication was always very clear.

On the day of fitting the guys arrived on time, removed the old doors, fitted the new doors, cleaned up and showed me how everything worked.

The new doors were fitted quickly and the place left very tidy.

I contacted Stephen based on word of mouth. I was unsure if my mum needed new windows so wanted to check initially and ask about potentially new externally doors. My mum is the primary carer for my elderly gran so it was important that I had someone who I could trust be in the house. Stephen came to the house promptly to discuss with my mum, he advised we didn't need new windows just a touch up on some windowsills. He then took his time going through a catalogue of external doors and also took additional calls from me and my sister. He couldn't have been more patient or helpful. He was 100% percent clear with timelines and deliveries of the doors, especially as one was a longer lead time. The windowsills were done, the doors fitted all smoothly and efficiently but also it was not robotic. Stephen took good care to make my mum feel relaxed with the process and even came back for a tea to see we were all happy. Something you wouldn't get from large corporate businesses. Stephen had a array of choices to suit various budgets. The doors are beautiful and we are all very happy with the service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and in fact another family member is also looking for doors from the company. A family run business with 1:1 bespoke customer service and follow up. Bravo Monteith Windows - 5 stars

Chose Monteith due to good reviews. Needed 9 windows, back door and front door with side screen. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with, no pushy sales visits just honest advice and pricing. Once agreed Stephen kept in touch and advised of fitting date. The team of guys arrived promptly as advised, did a great job and tidied up after themselves. The windows look great as does the back door but the front door is stunning.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monteith Windows and Stephen. Great service and price.

First class service from Stephen of Monteith Windows. Recently had back door and window replaced at a very competitive price. Fitters were polite, did a really good job, very clean and tidy. Door and window have enhanced look of kitchen now - so much brighter and draught free. There was a problem with the door (manufacturing side). Stephen was amazing. He phoned me whilst he was on holiday, called out first day he returned from holiday and ordered replacement door, keeping me uptodate at all times. The measure of a company is how they deal with any issues and Stephen's customer service is exceptional. Great company to deal with. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

I was badly needing an upgrade on my windows, I asked Stephen to have a look when he was at a neighbour. He advised me that only 3 of the 7 windows needed replacing. I was quoted a great price, the quality of the windows were excellent and fitted to a high standard. Stephen and his team were very professional throughout and any questions I had, Stephen was happy to answer. The guys were very friendly and cleared up afterwards. Absolutely fantastic service. You know when your choosing a contractor to do a job for you you have this nagging doubt that says here we go again well people allay you reservations. I can assure you from initial contact to the fitting of my new ( and May I say better quality than I expected) front door it’s been a dream job. Top quality service Top quality service and tbh only criticism is they are too cheap. Value for money and a top service.
