We had 8 Windows and 2 Doors fitted.

From first contact through to the finished job Steven and his team of fitters were first class and brilliant to deal with.
Steven came to survey our windows and run over all of our window and door options then gave us a quote (which was also the cheapest we got) once agreed we got a date in the diary for installation. We then had a second visit to finalise and make sure we were 100% happy with all the window choices,door colours/designs,handle colours etc
The fitters were excellent, their attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the full process was top notch.
We had envisaged the full process as being a bit of a nightmare and really messy but from start to finish it went like clockwork and the finished job is even better than we thought it would be.
Really cant speak highly enough of how well it went and we would highly recommend the guys to anyone looking to have these works done.

From the initial visit to the completion of the job it was professional and done with care.
Will be getting them to do our windows in the very near future... 👍

Outstanding customer service from Stephen from point of contact and continuously throughout the whole process. No hard sell just honest upfront advice and great attention to every tiny detail was first class. Stephen was always available if we had any questions and nothing was a problem, even when we changed our mind on the largest window going from 3 sections back to the original! Price was excellent for 8 windows and 2 doors. All fitted in one day, fitters were brilliant, tidied up afterwards and the difference it made to the warmth in the house was immediate! I would highly recommend Stephen and his company and in fact know a few other people who have also had the same exceptional service from him too.

Emailed Stephen for a rough estimate to replace my windows and doors and he got back to me straight away. He then followed it up quickly with a home visit and was very honest and very efficient, didn’t spend all day and night doing the hard sell. Asked for a replacement window. Professional advice given, arranged date given and operatives turned up on time. Told exactly what was happening and work carried out in a careful and industrious way. Tidied up on completion and left the house, as they found it. Payment easy to deal with and all staff polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Was just about to get three new windows installed from another company and my pal had used monteith and talked me into getting a quote and I was glad i did.
Talked me through best options and installed the windows in no time. Windows look great and didnt cost the earth unlike some of the companies I got quotes from. Over the moon with the work and I will defo use them again in the future.

The wife was walking by a guy fitting windows and in passing inquired about replacing our front door. The man said "listen it's coming up to Christmas, sometimes just making adjustments or changing the lock mechanism is enough, saving you some money". She called me and asked what did I think.

Long story short, turns out that was the owner Stephen she was talking to and he came out to give us a quote, no sales pitch just straight advice re the door. We had already decided we would change the door after her first positive encounter, so we just picked the door that best suited our needs, so ornate, energy efficient and secure.

Service was excellent, kept us up to date on all aspects of fitting, second measure and fitting date itself. So much so when he discovered it was ready and in stock early at his suppliers he called to see if we wanted it any sooner and yes that was today. The lads turned up, no messing about, foamed sealed inside, beautiful finish and cleared up after them.

Excellent from start to finish, a great price and a 10year guarantee, so we highly recommend Monteith Windows & Doors.

This is a great company to deal with. Firstly, the communication is ideal. Friendly, straightforward updates on product choices, fitting, pricing etc. The door I ordered is perfect. The team that fitted my door were polite, tidy, did wee helpful extras like removing old doorbells. They inspected their work with me to ensure I was satisfied. Payment was only taken once I was satisfied. Really great company, highly recommend.
